You completely misunderstood why Julius beat the shit out of Subaru. He did that so Subaru could be spared from other form of punishment for disrespect he had shown. I don't think we were directly said what it could have been (although it was long ago, so maybe I just don't remember), but we know it'd be much worse

Reinhard may also have the blessing of authority. Nobody must say bad things about him or else they will experience increasing pain in their heart. So Reinhardt is multiversal+ ??? No didn’t think so. Goku can bypass hax and is in levels of infinite speed. None of Reinhardt blessings measure up to that. Reinhardt is like Gojo, they are only overpowered in their verses.

Well, yeah. All attacks against him automatically miss and all of his attacks automatically hit. He can move as fast as he wants. Etc. etc. The only way for Goku or any other character to even fight Reihardt is to get their hands on either the Authorities, or Divine Blessings. Authorities ignore Divine Blessings, while Divine Blessings with opposing properties/effects negate each other.

@@demontiming3234 Reinhardt has the blessing of the phoenix which resurrects himself upon death, and once used he can ask for blessing of the phoenix again, etc. Unless goku has existence erasure he will lose because Reid (reinhardt's sword) one shot beast of the end puck. And to put this into perspective, in the novel it was described as rebirthing the entire world within an instant.

I don’t exactly know, as far as I know it’s multiversal but with good hax, the DB verse scales depending on what you consider in the scaling outer+, boundless, high complex multi, or 11D. If we’re doing strictly dbs then Goku does possess the hakai technique which is a direct counter to immortality

Reinhard can delete but he can also create abilities as he sees fit. Which is effectively similar too turning it off and back on. In my opinion

The dp of the sword saint doesn't make you Second to none in sword skill it just maxes out your sword skill. If Julius got it it's confirmed he wouldn't get any stronger because he's already hit his max. If Subaru got it he would get stronger but still lose to someone like Crusch or Heinkel.

Yeah, people often forget blessings are NOT absolute powers with no limit, they are just convinient buffs/ passive abilities. For example: his First Attack Immunity and Prescending Attack Immunity, these blessings doesn't mean he can't be hit by any attacks ever no matter how strong or fast, it just means Reinhard has an automatic reaction to incomming attacks, even if he doesn't know they're coming (Kind of like the Spider Sense essentially). That's why characters who are equal to him in raw physicality (Like Cecilius) could hit him if they fought. It just means that sneak attacks are essentially useless towards him, and you need to be equal to Reinhardt in speed to even have a chance at defeating him (Which is easier said than done as Reinhard THE strongest without question). So, it is possible to fight Reinhard and win if you're just that much stronger than him in raw stats, the problem is more on how to make Reinhard STAY dead. (And you know, none has higher raw stats than Reinhard in the Re:Zero world, which kind of makes that idea useless to other Re:Zero character) Reinhard is strong and very difficult to put down permanently, but he's not completely invincible.

@@mariofann9000 That's a very good breakdown of the situation. And it's all true except for the Cecilus part. The only reason Cecilus is ever able to keep up with him is because Reinhard has too many conditions for using his power. Remember that Reinhard couldn't even beat Elsa until Emilia was done healing Rom. Since Subaru had been preparing for Reinhard he was able to weaken him significantly. In EX 4 Reinhard fought Cecilus while unarmed and while wearing a power dampening collar and he still stomped him.

​@@vortechstg4091 Yeah, I was thinking of the Wrath (IIRC) IF, where Reinhard's blessings gets blocked while inside the tower, Cecilius did put up a good fight, but Reinhard still won in the end and without severe injuries. So Reinhard is definetly the better swordsman and fighter, without question, but Cecilius isn't something he can just brush to the side without trying, he does actually need to put some effort into defeating him. That's not to say it would be a great struggle from Reinhard's side, but it's kind of like fighting a low level miniboss, annoying and you might recieve some damage, but not super difficult or anything.

@@mariofann9000 Yeah that's Wrath if you're thinking of but it's way more complicated than that. Reinhard needs mana to use his power and that mana has to come from somewhere. Just like Puck he absorbs mana from the environment at a rapid rate. Also just like Puck he can't just do this whenever he wants. If he were to it would kill everything around him. That's what Puck does when he tries to end the world. All he has to simply do is sit there and absorb and eventually everything will crumble. Reinhard's maximum absorption rate is probably even higher than Puck's as well. According to Tappei if Reinhard really wanted to he could one shot characters on Cecilus' level without any effort.
