Hey Nikki and Steven, you got a new subscriber here! I just found your guy’s channel recently, and I’ve really enjoyed some of your reactions! I’ve watched your reactions to Punisher, the Equalizer, John Wick, Without remorse, and I’m watching your reaction to Jessica Jones season 1 now. All amazing movies and shows, and your reactions make them better! I do have a suggestion for a reaction video if you haven’t seen it. It’s called Extraction and it’s with Chris Hemsworth. It’s a Netflix movie, but I’m sure you guys have access to a lot of movies. I personally think you guys would enjoy it, but I understand if you don’t want to watch it. Thanks!

Hopefully season 2 was already script locked and they had started filming, if not we may be waiting a long time for season 2. Because so many shows died in 07 during the strike (Heroes) comes to mind season 1 amazing everything after the strike horrible. Reacher, Invincible & a few others are definitely going to be hit, The Boys and it's spin-off are finished I believe. Anywho love the reaction have a great week and peace to all.

@@Pitdog108 ricocheting the bark from one tree to a squirel on another tree with one shot and the bark temporarily blinds the squirrel? Just having the two trees in the right positions is lucky. Then him looking that direction when the shot hits is lucky. Then having enough bark go into the guys eyes is lucky. Then a few seconds earlier or later the nade would not be in his hands with the pin pulled is lucky.

No, they’re not metal roofs. They’re a plastic/fiberglass composite. It saves weight which means better fuel economy.

no hes saying THIS truck has a cloth type roof, your thinking of other type of roof. Trucks usually have metal or composite roofs, you never see a regular box truck with a tarp roof like he's saying in this movie. Doesn't happen. I've been driving box trucks for 40 years, i've NEVER had a box truck with a tarp roof.

Another great video! I love this reaction series. I can help with one of your questions: (18:14) The roof of a box truck is made very flimsy for multiple reasons. First it keeps the weight down, but second it also allows shippers to pack in most than your usual amount of boxes as the roof will concave as you stuff in more items. It's sturdy enough to lay on, but it's only as thick as 20-30 sheets of aluminum foil. When you replace one, it's very convenient to cut the middle out so you can stand there while you unscrew.

You can’t shoot thru a tree, but he could been partially exposed and she was sharp enough to hit him. Lots of trucks have a thin white plastic roof that passes a lot of light, it allows you to see in the box during the day.

18:08 yes, SOME trucks have that style of roof to them and can be damaged easily. Commercial trucks have a certain GVW of how much they can weigh fully loaded, so in order to put as much weight into a truck as possible, the top and sometimes the sides will be made out of thin material. Another way trucks can have more weight added to them is by having a drop axle, but you don't see them that much on straight trucks except maybe a dump truck or a garbage truck.

I seriously love watching you two react to this series. The show itself is so dark and crazy that the moments of dry humor just stand out in ridiculously sharp contrast, especialy in reference to the banter between Reacher and Findlay. More than that though, you guys reacting to the action sequences is priceless: like when you both just got quiet and srared in awe when you realized Reacher was literally hanging from the guy's neck with the tie. It's a fairly morbid moment of awesome that just takes all the words right out of your mouth. On another note, I don't think its the case that Roscoe shot the guy through the tree. What I do this is implied is that she shot to graze the tree which stunned the guy and forced him to drop the grenade. The spray of bark and wood fibers that close to the face would have been enough to make just about anyone reflexively drop whatever they were holding while getting their hands up to cover their eyes. Call it a moment where self preservation and defensive instinct can actually be a double edged sword.

She didn't shoot through the tree in this case, but you absolutely can do that. First thing they taught me in ghe military was that trees do only stop bullets in movies. Any tree that doesn't have a really big diameter, like an old oak or something, is NOT going to stop a bullet most of the time. Bullets go through more things than people think.

In regards to your observation that the blackmail plot that enticed the banker into this money laundering scheme reminded you of Ozark, the first season of Reacher is based on the Lee Child novel, The Killing Floor, which was written over a quarter of a century ago in 1997.

While waiting for Season 2 to air, read the books by Lee Child. They are terrific. There are 29 books in the Reacher series, the first 26 are by Lee Child, and the latest 3 are by Lee Child and (his younger brother) Andrew Child. My understanding is that Andrew is going to eventually take over the series, and that Lee is going to retire.

Great reactions for this episode guys! Love the tension you guys, especially Nikki was feeling. The way Roscoe took out the hit man was great and fun character stuff with Finley. More of the mystery is becoming clearer and there does seem to be a leak... I really want to see your reaction to Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher, because I never read the books but love that movie.

My guess is a Summer release. Amazon likely doesn't want to release similarly themes shows at the same time and risk dividing viewer numbers, so it won't release at least until Citadel is finished, so whether it's summer or fall depends on when they plan to release Jack Ryan S4, so it doesn't overlap with that either

I think it’s fun that he’s meant to be a major puncher of hard guys and special forces because he was military police, so him and his people had to be able to out-fight spec ops guys and Green berets at hand to hand because those were the people he was arresting, so it makes sense for him to be as much of a badass as he is.

There are 20+ Reacher books. None of them are bad. This is the first book, and it's a great place for the series to begin. That said, if the quality and respect for the source materials continues, it just gets better and better from here. At least, the potential is enormous.

About the drowing, SINCE ja brought it up, I was in a short time under water in compromised space, unable to get away from the pinned down, running out of most air, and that flap that covers your trachea to prevent your lungs from getting food in through aspiration when swallowing and opens then to air through when taking a breath... it closes over your trachea.... you don't instantly black out from water intake...now I HAVE aspirated air when swimming so I'm just saying at that one moment pinned under... that flap closed and I did not aspirate water... and some people, have what I later heard, was called "dry drowning" ....some actually die of the heart attack under the panic ... of course at some point you'd black out even that didn't happen. "Fun fact" ... if ja don't like what I said well WAS in the show and the discussions so...
