Many students were stressed due to forced to study and get the high grade by their school or parents, and they sometime got beaten if didnt do so. Some even took it hard and suicide themselves, some ended dong bad things like stealing or joined the gangs. Its really happened back then in 90's in SK. Kim Jong Kook was told this story he was got recruited to joined the gang after graduated from high school. He refused. He wanted to be a singer. Really glad he did. Now he is great singer in SK and famous tiger in Running Man show. Thanks again for your reaction. Btw, this is H.O.T performing We Are The Future last week in their concert. Still so much powerful just like back then in 90's. They dont have much changed after these 17 years

I went to their concert last year in October. It was stunning! I have been a fan since I was a kid, they are the only boy group I LOVE till today. A true legend.

H.O.T! Not many people react to them or bother to check them out now sadly :( but they're such an iconic group! Thank you for reacting to them and #KpopClassics is a really good idea :D I'm really looking forward to you reacting to Shinhwa, since I'm getting into them recently (and they had a fantastic comeback recently too). I'm really curious what will you think of "This Love" (which was made in 2013, so not really that early, but still such a good song and music video), which is probably my favourite boy group concepts ever. The fact that they have stayed together 20 years and are still active to this day never fails to amaze me!

We are the future means that they're sick of grownups telling them what to do, and that they are going to make their own world.l by themselves. Really, meaning that We r the future!! Most of H.O.T.'s tiltle songs are representing minority of society!

Oh wow, H.O.T reaction! This is so awesome! Thanks for the vid! Kangta is my first Kpop bias back in 2002 LOL. I was SO obsessed with H.O.T's music and mvs back then that I carry my discman (LOL) with me all around just to listen to their cds.

한국에서는 2003년도까지는 학교내 교칙을 어기거나 담배를 피운다든지 불량한 행동을 할경우 훈육 차원에서 체벌을하였고 야구 배트로 맞거나 당구 큣대로 맞는경우가 다분 했습니다.... 한겨울에 팬디만 입히고 운동장을 오리걸음으로 걷게도 하였던것이 현실이었습니다... 그영향으로 아무리 빗나가도 어른에게 대드는 아이들이 별로 없었죠 거진 10~20%내외만 불량아라 하여 어른들에게 공격적 성향도 보이는 아이들도 있었으나 많이 는 없었습니다. 요즘에는 교권 자체가 무너졌다 생각합니다.
