As someone with chronic pain I have days where I can’t get out of bed, or tie my own shoes, or stand up, and I also have days where I’m able to go do mobility in the gym or even sprint. Idk about throwing a tree but I’m trying to say that pain is not always linear and consistent. Different factors can cause it to fluctuate

I definitely cannot throw a tree. I am very allergic to pine in addition to being disabled by both physical and mental health conditions. I took a shot of gin once and was sick for three weeks.

I wonder if that was a mental or physical disability claim... because if he was taken out of the workforce by PTSD then that's not really fair... but yeah if he said his legs weren't working that would definitely kill it.

I used to be a workers comp case manager and the lengths some claimants go to try and get a huge payout is willlllllld We also paid for claimants to go to a special doctor who would evaluate them from the moment they walked through the door or sometimes the doctor would dress down and be the one to pick them up as the “medical transport” but in reality they evaluated how they came out of their house, what they carried, how they carried it, and how they got into the vehicle. Wild stuff.

@@Arshin143 oh dude…someone brought in an exotic snake (THEIR OWN SNAKE I MIGHT ADD)and put it on the floor and let it bite them while working on the garden center 🤦🏼‍♀️ but then also had a few folks who had to be treated for rabies via cat and bat bites that were legit. Had a man lose his foot due to diabetes with what started as a legit toe injury that spiraled. But the nurses refused to help him because he got caught having people sneak in soda and cookies and sabotaged his own healing.

I don't. Not really. I have a disability case going right now in the USA. I certainly cannot throw a tree, but also I would never be dumb enough to try in front of a national news camera.
