Maybe he means cells? But even then, that’s still wrong. Cells don’t decline. Cell production declines and DNA quality declines because yours cells develop more mutations over time.

Technically molecules do deteriorate over time... atoms can lose protons (radiation) or neutrons to form new isotopes etc... but that takes lotsss of time lol. @@Rosalie-yn1bt I can see where you're coming from but that's still not considered deterioration or decline because radiative decay creates a different atom, not a worse one. Either way, the atoms in your body shouldn't be doing that unless you've been exposed to some really heavy radiation lol

@@raedai8819 Molecules can't "decline". Molecules just exist. They don't randomly pop in and out of existence. What he was probably getting at is that the protective caps on our DNA strands decline over time until we die, which is why we age. If that didn't happen and the protective caps wouldn't wear out, we would keep regenerating cells at a high enough rate to stop us from dying of old age. (Don't quote me on this, it's been a while since highschool biology.) But yeah, what he said was just inaccurate and not exactly trustworthy.

@yalissngom81353 жыл бұрын
@@CelestheV she didn’t fill the whole bathtub with blood, she would mix it in her water. Also she didn’t have a throne because she was a countess not a queen of any kind, she was sentenced to death but her final punishment was (I’m not sure what’s the name in English) to stay in her residence, which was a enormous castle with a forest around it, so there are worst punishments out there. All the servants that were there during the acts (which included murder but also multiple types of torture) were executed.
@jakubbukowski42763 жыл бұрын
@rosy blood actually cele v is mostly right. Most of what you've said were allegations made by Habsburgs monarchy. There were two main reasons for that. 1. She inherited great fortune from both, her and her husband's families. She sold a castle to Habsburgs but never got payment for that. 2. Gabriel Bathory was her distant relative also prince of Transylvania. Him and Elizabeth Bathory would be strong alliance for the throne of nearby kingdoms. Their opponents were Habsburgs, actual royals at this time. The inheritance law then was that monarchy takes all the wealth of someone sentenced. So Habsburgs had a motive to weaken the power of Bathory's and also not to pay for the castle mentioned earlier. Anyway... She murdered all those people (mostly young girls) and her sentence was to move out? Wrong! Because it was an allegation to get rid of her. In that time there was charlatan among Elizabeth Bathory's circle who made bloodletting a thing. So of course there were rumors among local peasants against tough politician in foreign land. Elizabeth was kidnapped by Gyorgy Thurzo - palitine loyal to Habsburgs - without formal hearing. Her servants were tortured to say what was beneficial for Habsburgs. It's common tactics for politicians even nowadays. Sorry for not being precise, I'm not historian, but I have reliable source of that knowledge. Unfortunately it's in polish ;)
