12:21 so to answer your question, tony the tiger's ads in particular were originally animated by one Richard Williams Animation, whose namesake is arguably the greatest 2d animator who ever lived (things they worked on include the tony the tiger ads, as well as who framed roger rabbit and the thief and the cobbler among others; highly recommend looking up his ads sometime because they're GORGEOUS) so anyways they set the bar so high that basically every other studio since who's done tony's ads have had to try and bring their A game to keep up the high standards

19:12 I thought I would answer the question of who those two are: why do a commercial with a song like this? Well, two people in the commercial are two members of M-Flo, a Japanese hip-hop group. With the song being a remixed version of one of their songs, "Tripod Bady." Since M-Flo's overall popularity and influence, it made sense that Sega would capitalize on that. It definitely helped that Taku and Verbal are fans of Shadow the hedgehog
