RIP to the soba, all that earthy flavours lost in the rich broth. Also kimchi ramen in a thing. It's just, the broth would have to be kimchi flavoured too. Favourite topping? Hard to choose between the chashu and ajitama, but I also like the nori, the chicken topping, and duck topping.

Dude mistook Kimchi and Ramyun (Korean dish) for kimchi and ramen. Also, unlike what Jamie thinks, spinach isn't completely healthy in large amounts. It contains a lot of calcium-like minerals and can cause kidney stones when taken in large amounts.

I am Taiwanese and I tasted ramen in Taiwan I never seen that brown ass noodle the only thing should look brown in ramen is pork belly char siu why making balls of spinach you just eat the spinach and you can become popeye haiyaaa why so weak can't even chew spinach
