Aespa 'Whiplash' has that sort of vogue runway catwalk sort of music and it was weird because like 3 or 4 songs came out at the same sorta time by different groups that all had that same sound... BabyMonster... from the songs i've heard from them i like a couple.. I also think you missed the Haerin cover of 'ceilings' which is really good.. also cannot highly recommend enough the 2024 KGMA performance.. their final performance as 'newjeans' in Korea .. please react to that... the live band version of bubblegum is INSANE as is the dance break version of Supernatural :)

@@conjo0 it was their last in korea yes.. maybe react to their award acceptance speech as well its very emotional.. ''newjeans never die!''.... they had a few performances after in japan and thailand but they are done for now :(.. check out the AAA one in japan they do a christmas remix of supernatural and its soooo good

i think we might have a similar taste for kpop, i like aespa and can appreciate what they're doing but i do like the more idk, light and airy type songs rather than the "loud" type? but those songs can hit depending on mood too lol. I would at the very least recommend Supernova and Armageddon if you do more Aespa though and yeah you should definitely check out Haerin and Danielle's covers for sure. Honestly I was extremely surprised with Haerin's english pronunciation on her cover, it's pretty flawless

To be fair Haerins english is VERY good... the few times she speaks it her pronunciation has become almost perfect.. check out the latest live on I.S she did... i'm fairly sure its just because of her nature she just feels a bit on the spot and shy when she does speak it.. so she just chooses not to :P also bu the 'loud' type i'm assuming you mean kpops version of 'trap' which i also highly dislike... like for example i've heard several babymonster tunes and the majority of the ones ive heard have that style.. the two tunes i like of theres are actually more 'newjeans' like having a retro hip hop/rnb style

honestly newjeans is almost the only kpop i enjoy but if you're down to checking out new stuff i also dig Chill Kill by Red Velvet. the MV is cool too
