@@alyzak.8997 Yes and NO. I understand you are speaking from what you perceive as reality which is often subjective. Your reality is not my reality. This life thing is not a one size fits all. I like how you talk about 'stable' like that word is not as big as it is. Some people find stability by staying the same and are not comfortable changing. Some find stability in changing many parts about themselves otherwise they crumble. That is how some people become, just because you don`t agree with it doesn`t make it wrong or doesn`t mean that it doesn`t exist. This is real life.

let's say you are elected president of your country. u have made huge promises and wasted lots of resources, and then you change your mind and do the exact opposite of what you promised. but you changed yourself from 5 minutes ago... does that still hold? same thing with medicine, there are almost no spots available and the profession is much needed. you can go and have fun and take up a spot just to waste it and go do something else?
@thatGuyFean3 ай бұрын
@@lthinks8311 You are basically saying if you choose medicine you are tied to it for the rest of your life? Even if you find out that you don`t actually love it, I choose to disagree. If you find out that you`d be a happier person doing something else you go for it. I think your presidency example is quite extreme cause I haven`t seen a President that changed his mind and you actually talked about "doing the exact opposite". I think there`s a mix up on that one. I think I will leave you with yet another quote notable person "I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. Great teaching doesn't necessarily come from "practice what you preach" - being a role model. Great teaching comes from the excitement for the possibilities found within the practicing, and sharing that excitement which, by its nature, comes from a place of hope and curiosity - the things that persist in motivating you to practice deeply in the first place, the things that you hope will get your students to love practice. It can't be done without positivity.

I needed this video. I started posting more on KZbin after watching Ali's interview with Matthew Hussey. I dropped out of medical school when I was 19 and I felt this deep guilt about it for so long, and watching Ali's content put things in perspective for me, that I didn't have to be married to something that happened to me when I was a teenager and that it is important to make money. Then one day, I received a very explicit hate comment on one of my video and I just kind of froze. I reported the comment but I also didn't feel like posting much as much and it killed all of my joy but it's really nice to see how Ali made something out of his hate comments. I don't always agree with Ali, and a lot of his videos are not for me, but that doesn't mean I that I disrespect him.

Some of the negative comments that cut the most deep are closely linked with the truth. Sadly everyone's idea of the truth is different. There's always going to be a differential between creator and viewer. A disparity. Some viewers can get and accept this, some are just jealous. No-one really knows unless you put something out there and are willing to be vulnerable. There is one thing for certain. If you can release 2 videos a week and build a huge audience/loyal following as you have. It's incredibly difficult to be anything other than genuine. Unlike some of these distasteful comments. EDIT: Ali was the biggest motivating KZbinr behind starting my own KZbin channel! I've not purchased his book or products, but have gained immense value from his KZbin content and podcasts.

Anyways, you were cool back then, you're still pretty cool right now, and you've taught me a lot since then. So just keep up the good work, Ali, and keep on being cool! I watched this video and thought to myself, I have answers to all these complaints. How did they not see and understand them? Then I thought a little more and asked myself, In fact, most of their complaints, the things they see as weaknesses, flaws, and wrongs, I see as courage, kindness, and a personal example of how a person should live to find the balance between benefiting others and doing what is right for you. So... Just remember, for every such reaction, there are thousands of others who feel that you have changed their lives, in a good way... And by the way.. I'm also a huge fan of your desk setups (please do those more). Don't worry about people talking about your medical degree because it does take a lot of effort to even get to the level you were in the medical field. In fact, you are the most humble and calmest youtuber I have ever seen, you always try and improve your class every video. You are a huge inspiration not just to me but many youngsters out there so keep going. Lots of love ❤

Thank you for your poise and perseverance in this hailstorm of negative outbursts. A beige human being never you were, but a rainbow of light and hope and interest with a heart of gold you always will be. 🌈 Press on, good sir, and we are all the better for it.

Its great seeing ali laughting to mean comments. I am also on my KZbin journey and even a small comment (which is not negetive but points out my insecurities or something new I'm trying) affects me, both in good and bad way.. Hopefully, someday, I'll get to a point where I'll ask my team to find the meanest comments about me, and make a video about it!! Great one Ali..!!

In my opinion, Ali's idea of creating videos where he summarizes books and shares how they impacted him is brilliant. It provides valuable insight into how a book influenced someone, while also giving a sense of its usefulness. Additionally, when you forget the content of a book, these summary videos are a great way to quickly refresh your memory.

At least Ali does not pretend to be a saint who is not interested in money, while making money through us! I love how transparent he is about his business revenue and his earnings! It inspires me that I can also build an amazing life while doing something I love!

Ali, you are FREE to do whatever you want and people out there are FREE to watch these videos or not. That is the beauty of youtube: if you are not interested, do not waste time. And do not waste time "hating". Life is too short.

Why am I so anxious to watch this video. This is my 3rd attempt to watch it. It just confirms that I am really that one who fears so much of what other people will say (not only about me but about other people too). Oh Myyyy.

I watch and love all your content Ali. I also loved your audiobook! These people need a new lesson in productivity: why waste time thinking and putting forth negative, and unhelpful criticisms to someone who is genuinely trying to help people. Sounds like a sad and unproductive use of their time.
