haha omg you reacted to it. love your remarks and comments on every questionable scene haha.. yeah, it kinda took over a span of 4 months actually, me and another animator split the movie into 5 major scenes to be summarised. we summarized 85% of the entire movie haha. Ron perlman spinning his SA like a beyblade was the summarized joke of him not using his weapon properly so I didn't do the amp state discharge lol. anyway, glad you watch and did a reaction to it haha. thanks for making me grinning and smiling like a goober.

Some things non plot related that I hated was that the insect glaive didn't have a kinsect and the fact that Proof a Hero doesn't play. Also I love how after Milla said "So good." An ad with a funeral played.

In the film the Admiral doesn't do a SAED like you thought you saw. He charges it up and smashes it on the ground like it's a GS or hammer. All of the weapons in the movie aren't used like they're used in the games and they're treated as if they're magic.

Hollywood mh movie somehow makes it so that weapons in mh are made of some magical material that damages monsters for some odd reason and is never explained why guns just don’t work.

The only explanation I can think of for this is that the bullets somehow do not have enough force behind them to penetrate the hide of the monsters especially since the were mostly hitting the heavily armored parts most of the time but that is about it. It did look like the bullets from the helicopters did hurt the rathalos when they aimed for the neck and the did seem to work on some of the nersylla during the ambush.

That elamental discharge you saw in the tralors was in the moovie, but it was done with a sitch axe agensed a herd of aptanoth. There was a small referance to that with the flaming switch axe

Yea, 17:56 they cut off Nerscylla’s mandible/face limb, which normally does Poison. How they got Sleep Coating from it is never explained. This is the only logical answer.

I watched the actual movie & I regretted watching it. I hate my parents taste in movies & they said to me, “yeah, it’s a good movie, watch it”. I hate them for it. You don’t need to play the games to know that’s a terrible movie. It doesn’t have a story, it doesn’t explain anything. They filmed in desert because it’s cheaper & there a couple of monsters scenes that you can just watched on KZbin on HD. Me as a fan of the franchise & I play the games, it was a enormous disappointment.

Actually some spiders do infact implant eggsacks into prey or other creatures and then the babies hatch and eat there way out of the host......had it happen with a wolf spider on my thigh, that scene in the movie made me feel things I don't want to again

Honestly if the movie was legit the hunter guy lost in a desert with a damaged slinger after getting separated from his other hunter buddies and it being one of those the lost guys journey home adventure movies Id like it more, but the whole urah murican military is da best lady just ruins it, like fuck off the Hunter Guild isn't a fucking military, its a basically a beefed up animal control and ecological research society. And the stupid part where they beat each other up with a martial art adjacent fight is stupid, real hunters arm wrestle, everybody knows this. I vote that anderson is to be banned from making videogame movies until he puts in at least 400+ hours into said game to prevent bullshit like that movie from ever happening again.

1. Lots of insects lay eggs in prey nothing in mh4 says how they breed 2. If a boat of wood can survive diablos and a car can't shit there is stronger then our world 3. Human vs human is more used in our world not thiers skill is how they fight he is use to dodging giant beast vs small person 4. Watch it and give it a try don't let reviews make your choice I found it good but I also know it's meant to be more real life monster fighting and the work on the effects are amazing

2. To be fair, those boats are reinforced with monster parts, in particular bones and considering this is one under the Admiral's command, likely Elder Dragon in origin. 3. Even that logic doesn't fully add up as there are small monsters like Jagras that this hunter is sure to have some experience with as well as possible training in handling other humans as a means of dealing with poachers. And that's still not to say of the massive strength difference in the Hunter's favor, considering they have to ability to not only carry but effectively use in combat BUSTER SWORDS, some of which would make the likes of Cloud from FF7 and Guts from Berserk blush, not to mention take blows from beasts bigger and stronger than rhinos and get back up, it's still a little unbelievable that she'd be able to overpower him so easily.
