The thing that pisses me off the most about the PS games needing a PSN is that I have a PSN from my days on the PS4. I no longer use PS consoles and switched to PC, but I still cannot play the PS games (Helldivers 2 and now Ghost of Tsushima) because I live in a country that is not supposed to have a PSN account. The games are just not available on Steam for me to purchase. It's made me not want to buy anything Sony related again.

advance build with technique style is very powerful. Motivity builds feels not right because of no poise. You are in middle of attacking and it gets cancelled you take damage when boss starts the moves. But I saw in technique build you can quickly attack even counter boss attack with your fast attack by mini staggering. So I moved from motivity weapon to advanced+technique feels more rewarding. Like acid handle with salamander blade for carcasses. or acid blade+ acid handle. like those kind of things. But all that said, I really really liked the game. Its a must play for sure without a doubt. I am enjoying every minute of it, exploring each nook and corner. Yes bosses can get bit frustrating but then if you really want to cheese away there are throwables , specter and stuffs

Do you think it'll be necessary to do most quest and get most of the items before dlc? I have lv240 with everything unlock but I don't think I want to use too high level character lv 130 that just do main bosses (want to use this but already post tree) missing stuffs lv90 that only rush to mogh

Aside from the accuracy of Yaskue, and the price point they are asking for the game, We waited 10 years for a AC setting in feudal japan and apparently Ubisoft said there are already too many Japanese male leads. We wanted a strong Japanese male protagonist. Yasuke could have not been a issue if protagonist shinobi was male. But no, The end. I also like to add the characters are now lgbtq+ in the game LOL . Hey Ruri, if you go to the description of your hard runes it shows how much each one is worth. It helps when you wanna pop them to get a certain amount. Also useful in you new player guide.

The whole system of this game is bizarre. What I ended up doing was grinding the early enemies of the dlc enough to have gear that matched the level which only took 20 minutes and then just played whatever job I had the gear for until things for my builds started dropping on the higher levels. The difficulty wasn’t the issue. The issue was the whole point of the DLC is just gear grinding. I’d like to fight the new bosses but playing the same content over and over to get the gear just to fight them doesn’t interest me. Especially since that content is just the base game missions. Almost nothing new was added in the DLC. A few missions you have to unlock and the boss fights. I do like the combat of this game more than Nioh because it has an actual parry system. But I can’t stand the gear system of these games and having to grind it is nothing but a chore for me.

Sunbreak dropped off for me and everyone I know. Rise specifically made them drop off and MHW was their first MH game. They also dropped off MH overall though. For me specifically Anomaly/Qurio crafting made me dislike Sunbreak to the verge of hating it so I stopped playing. Rise/Sunbreak for now is the only MH game I can do without (if there was to be a unlikely remaster in the future). I would rather relive MH1 compared to it because of Anomaly/Qurio. Spiribirds also suck imo. They're okay early on because you can ignore them but unless one is a dodge pro you will need them in Anomaly and it adds to the monotony of those hunts for me. Also side note but after seeing many of my favourite media be ruined I'm a firm believer in gatekeeping ones hobbies depending on the circumstance. There's a reason you don't let the Trojan horse in. Why a castle has walls and a study gate. Why the Dwarves have their mountain halls. When it comes to microtransactions it would have been cooler to earn them in game. Not a fan of even the cosmetic ones and I fear it will only get worse. I am part of the problem though when it comes to the BGM ones because I did get those. Surprised they never bothered with a classic BGM mode like Dragons Dogma 2 sold. Would really like to have MH with the old classic sounds but unfortunately they either won't do this again (apart from some event quests) or if they do they will sell it.

Maybe Messmer isn’t Marika’s brother but actually a side piece of hers. She was kickin it under the shadow of the erdtree with him and he’s actually the biological father of the demigods we know about but she kept it hidden from all of them and made them believe the same things that we have been told because she didn’t think he was a good man to be the father of her children. So she had it where messmer could never leave so her children would never find out about him and hence why miquella gave up everything to come here to find out about his real father he’s only heard of in rumors. 😁

I think the seduction and betrayal, was something Marika did, something she needed to do to create the golden order, and I think Melina was also a result and I think her being burnt was from Mesmer's flame. I also think this ties Melina in with the Gloam Eyed Queen and the black flame. Oh can't wait.

Wait a minute, in that shot where it pans up from Mesmer's victory, we can already see those veils surrounding the shadow of the erdtree. Was the war shown in this trailer happening AFTER Marika seperated the shadow realm from the realm of light? If that's the case, I think I've come to a horrific conclusion. A lot of us had previously assumed that Mesmer was trapped in the shadow realm as a form of exhile due to his relationship to fire and other blasphemous iconography, but that might not be entirely the case. I now believe that instead, it was the denizens of this realm that were trapped by Marika so that they wouldn't be able to escape Mesmer's genocide.

We honestly should keep the combat of world because it feels pretty damn good. Maybe slightly slower. There are mechanics in monster hunter that can be improved but instead Capcom throws those mechanics away in favor of the widest net over the largest audience. There are elements of world that are good but we have to go back to a relationship with commitment and preparation. As the game stands now we have NO CONSEQUENCES for a lack of prep. We can keep the camps but if you need supplies in them you should have to send a palico to stock it! Imagine if you threw a paintball and instead of seeing a big pink ball on the map you saw splatters of paint on the ground or foliage. Imagine if if we have armors that were rated with [cold resistance] [Heat resistance] and you had to make different sets depending on the environments!! Also id love if we could get rid of armor skills that add damage output. It trivializes the armor system and makes many of the armor skills feel useless relative to the damage output skills. There are tons of ways to improve monster hunter without disrespecting the traditional experience. Anyway I hope whoever reads this has a nice day.

I think at the beginning we actually see Marika, not Miquella, taking something out of the vagina-looking skin sack (the sack might be something to do with the Godskin yeah) due to the jewelery she's wearing. And also the, uh, "flesh tower" kind of looks like the Erdtree, doesn't it? So now I'm wondering if we're not seeing the actual moment of it being created? Like literally Marika brought it forth by first building up a tree-shaped pile of corpses and then used the - whatever the blonde-hair thing is - to.. grow it into the tree on the "bright side" of that portal? Like the sunny side is the Lands Between and the Erdtree grows there, whilst on this side (the Gloam-eyed Queen's side? the sky is deep purple in a death/GEQ kind of way) it's this monumental pile of corpses that is the tree's foundation and perhaps gives it power?

Wait, he called her mother in the first trailer....Marika seduced his father?
