Hi Amruta, Thanks so much for these insightful videos, they are really helpful, especially for me as someone willing to start a career in tech wiring. Currently, I'm learning basic programming languages, I don't know if this will assist me. Then can I work as a freelancer tech writer or do the companies hire on-site?

I preferred MS bc I'm an engineer and that felt more aligned with my interests. Not sure if there's an actual difference tho

What are the best technical documentation tools? Currently I am using Confluence in my organization, but it lacks customization and formatting.

We use Docusaurus (very customizable) + GitHub at Airbyte. Works out pretty well for us!

What’s your suggestion on shifting of tech writing from product (automobile, consumer products )to software tech writing? Would it be hard to move from it? Please requesting your help on this.
