It's still unclear at this point if Ice Queendom will be as reactor friendly, since it's being done by a Japanese studio, but I'm hoping we can see you freak out with us! Yeah, Caleb is AMAZING! I'm still stunned that CASEY LEE WILLIAMS HERSELF is singing the part that her mother sang in the original! Rooster Teeth likes to pay attention to the fandom (with both positive and negative results, in my opinion). Just keep that in mind You: This is my favorite Volume so far! I literally had to stop shopping, pull over my grocery cart, and watch your face as you lost your shit during that song. XD My personal favorite, and many others. Also, I sincerely love Like Morning Follow Night. Jeff goes so fucking hard and the lyrics are brilliant. Also? Didn't really like Bad Luck Charm but you somehow made me see it in this new light. Like, yeah? It goes fuckin' hard too! Not necessarily the song I go out of my way to listen to, but I don't think I'll skip it from now on. lol I had no idea how much of a banger V4 was, honestly, and I'm sad to say that future volume OSTs don't hit me as hard, probably because I started slipping out of the community. Did you catch this line in the opening? (M)ove (O)nward (N)ot (T)here (Y)et Truth be told, a big part of how I rate the RWBY openings depends on those slower segments. The build up to them and the build up to the rest of the song coming after it, as well. That's why to this day Volume 2's op is my favorite. For some reason the slower section of that one has always stuck so hard with me that it always feels wrong for me to not put it first.

While v4 isn't my fav, I don't hate it either. Its on the higher end of my liking list, though and it had its solid moments. I will say that I always find myself going back on forth in regards to my main issue in Sun's involvement in Blake's journey. On one hand he does provide a voice of someone that was there for "The Fall" as well as being an attempt at lightening things w/ comedy relief, on the other he's a major jackass in the vol and does & says some not great things. Stalking Blake, eavesdropping on her, and failing to understand her mental state; which is made worse once one reads the DC comic that gives more insight into that; also making mention of Ilia's not looking like a faunus. Bad Luck Charm is legit fire. Jeff just straight up flexing with the song xD Love the first part of Armed and Ready translating 3x11 into lyrics, with Yang rushing to Blake with the idea of "nothing I won't do for her" in her mind. Bmblb is top tier and will 100% bring happiness every single time I hear it xD Gold-tier song for gold-tier pair. Happy pride indeed ;D Also YES, its always so damn good seeing someone that actually notes the build for BB in v1-4; cause so many completely miss them and for years loved to tell those like myself we were just seeing/reading too much into things. Always good to have a new person pick up on the same thing. Caleb is awesome with his covers and RLR part 2 is also great. Legit can't wait for Ice Queendom, especially since the crew working on it has only had respect and praise to show for the OG show and crew; not to mention having them supervise its work with IQ. So hyped

This volume was really cool and interesting for me! The soundtrack was absolute magnificence to the point that I’ve had it on repeat for several days now Bad luck charm is definite top three favorite tracks I’ve heard so far! Just a warning, may have slight spoilers in it. I'm trying not to for anyone not caught up. But sometimes I forget what happens in what volume. And this is coming from the perception of someone completely caught up, proceed with caution. 💜 Apologies. Same. I love that we got development from multiple characters. I'm glad their trauma wasn't pushed past and they were able to sit and deal with it. The Nora and Ren backstory still shakes me to my core. These poor babies and it's such a flashback to Nora saying in V1 that they only have each other. Because they literally do. The rest of their village was most likely killed, they were the only survivors. And (I think it's still a fan theory, could be wrong though) that Nora's mom just abandoned her. Ren was the only one that actually cared and looked out for her. Also, with Yang fighting with herself about losing her arm, Blake just leaving without a word (after she lost a piece of her to protect her) and fighting with should she use the arm that was gifted to her? Would that be trying to bandage up her lose? And with Blake seeing people she cares about getting hurt and running like she only knows how to do (not trying to badmouth Blake, I love her and she literally says this herself). Her withdrawing into herself because if she doesn't let herself feel or let people in she can't get more people hurt. 😭 Her breakdown to Sun kills me every time. "I just need a good calm down song" *This Life is Mine comes on* Me: This is not that song. Lol Not me getting water so the stream doesn't end, even though its a vod. 😂

So I left the watch list in the update video before it was deleted, but in case you lose it by accident, here it is for V5. Kinda disappointed personally you decided not to do Chibi Season 2 yet, but hey, your decision. Optional: RWBY Chibi Season 2 New Character Intro and Episodes 1-12 Optional: RWBY Chibi Season 2 Episodes 13-24 Volume 5 Weiss Character Short Volume 5 Blake Character Short Volume 5 Yang Character Short Chapters 1-4 Chapters 5-7 Chapters 8-10 Chapters 11-14 As you can see this volume is a lot longer. The first part and the last part are four chapters because that’s the best place to cut story arc wise. Just be aware those will be a little longer than usual. Regarding Ice Queendom, I do not know if you’ll be able to react to it the same way you can original Rooster Teeth content. It’s being done by a Japanese studio so it’s quite possible it will be under their copyright laws, and not Rooster Teeth’s. I would advise caution, as, we all know, that’s a thing on KZbin. This Life is Mine is in my opinion the best song in the entire show. They’re all good, but if I had to put one at the top, this one is at the summit of the list. It shows so many different styles and complexities both for the performance and for the character of Weiss herself. RTX is the first weekend of next month, then we should have something concrete about Volume 9. Have a great weekend!

Eh... I don't care for the RWBY anime. No. I hate their eyes, they look so dead. And it all just looks typical anime. And from what I can tell it seems like the exact same story... so what's the point? And I don't like subtitles. So I definitely won't be watching this anime. I don't know really anything about it but it's definitely not my scene and I just hope they focus on actually finishing the show instead of all these reboots and rehashes, with the manga books and other shows basically doing a retelling of something that's not even complete.
