The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding

These are some awesome moves! I know I don't have the patience to learn cardistry but I really appreciate the time these people took to learn these moves and then perform them for us! (Like you CM!) Loved the video! Congrats on 17K! #Roadto18K!

1 thing to remember is a lot of stuff like this has been 2 things A. practiced for hours to perfect and B. usually stuff that looks insane is someone's main fidget move like mine was bullet for awhile and now its perfected

great vid CM. I wonder if cards with different textures or made with different materials can make some of these tricks easier to do.

It says a lot about you a a teacher that, at the beginning of one of your lessons, I feel like I could never even try, but by the end, I at the very least have a plan about how to start practicing.* * does not apply to cardistry. I mean, f*ck that noise lol

The answer to your how question is @noelheath is either an alien or an actual wizard. Or both. Probably both
