The only reason people say Ace’s death is bull shit is because before Luffy was in a position to get killed Ace didn’t runaway like white beard said and got gaslighted because Akainu knew Ace was prideful about his step pappy which made luffy stay so then luffy does the dumbest shit ever by taking his focus of the battlefield and trying to save a card that doesn’t necessarily matter in the moment when you can just convince your brother to leave and get another card. Both made poor decisions in OT but definitely fits their character

ALL of the Straw Hat pirates are incredible and I love all of them, but Franky is my personal favorite. My main reason as to why I love him so much is because I vibe with him and I love his pre-timeskip design. His backstory in regards to Water 7, Iceberg, and Tom are all incredibly interesting, and I love Patrick Seitz as Franky. Brook is my 2nd favorite due to his fun personality and vibes, his incredible backstory, and his immaculate design. Also, Ian Sinclair does an amazing job as the skeletal maestro of the Staw Hat Pirates. Everyone else is a 9/10 for me.

Ace was actually cracked. If not for Blackbeard’s bs-bs fruit, he would have easily won without any of the Blackbeard pirates even touching him. He fought on par with Kuzan because their devil fruits nullified each other, and got rekt by Akainu because Oda doesn’t know that magma is not hotter than fire. (Edit: not gonna reply to everyone who’s not being able to use Google in 2024, fire can get hotter than magma). Even then he only died because Luffy was bugging and couldn’t let ace’s vivre card go even though Ace was right there and still okay. If not for sacrificing himself for Luffy, he still could’ve run away. Ace also defeated Jinbei. At this point, that’s a huge feat.
