I'm not a therian, but a quadropist, i struggle to do quads due to some of my family members at home. My mom and sister support me for doibg quads, but my cousin doesn't. So, from what i know about therians, you can never choose to be one or become one. So mostly, this was a reason why I became a quadropist in the first place since I knew that you can't become or choose to be a therian

Ppl need to understand that you don't have to be a Therian to do quads, gear etc. I think that's why ppl are trying to trigger shifts. If you like doing the typical Therian things, go for it! But that doesn't make you a therian.

Before I left my elementary school to do to middle school I was in 6th grade (bc my school went to 6th grade) and we had recess with the 5th graders and the most of the 5th graders in honors class were therians (I think) and they always did quads doing quads in the grass. Me and mynfreind do try to triger shifts by doing vocals, doing jumps, sitting down and jsut trying to get into the mindset of out theriotypes and just looking out at the trees (this si normaly on our trampoline by the woods)
