The way Sukuna was defeated was great IMO, but the dry cut to Megumi completely fine, and bascially everything that came after that, plus basically everyone being alright and the fact we didnt get the explanation for Yuji's domain is what is truly making me feel fruatrated, Gege should've extended this ending.

yoooo! haven't commented in a minute, hope you've been well! videos have been great as always though. so surreal finally being at the end. brief thoughts on 270: really loved the chapter as whole, it's really nice to see all these little side pieces finally being touched upon. i truly think the "kenjaku" with takaba is someone that just looks like him, esp with the "lol" on the shirt. i think that's a wonderful troll from gege and i'm all for it lmao. even if it was birthed from his CT, i see the end result being the same. only two things that are off: one. how did the culling game end? at least, if the translations are correct. feels just a little lackluster for me, especially with how much setup and work gege put into it prior. same with the tengen stuff. i'm hoping there's more to it with this possible new culling game curse user, but we'll see. it's just a personal disappointment, it doesn't take too much away from the overall narrative. two. i totally get the gojo stuff, and *especially* considering the "countdown" videos seem to lead to gojo being in the last video. i just have no idea how that's going to be tackled, other than through his dream being fulfilled, and possibly seeing his talk with yuji. a bigger thing though is that, i'm sure it's a parroted sentiment, but it just doesn't *feel* like the end. i always assumed the story could end with them going out for a mission, kind of more as an open ending there. but the fact that we're actually *getting* this "curse user"? very, very interesting. this isn't necessarily talking ab a part 2 or a final arc in a different magazine in a bleach fashion (though i'd love that), it's just more of a... something feels strange. now, question: what are your thoughts on what could be of this curse user? not just literally, but perhaps thematically. my two initial thoughts lead to some connection to gojo, or my personal wish, it's connected somehow to the stored cursed energy and such. it would super interesting to see this be the *result* of the cursed energy from the culling game, but i'm not sure how that would be pulled off. just an cool idea. regardless, the power leading to "perspective" shifting, in some way, sounds super super interesting to me and i really hope it does lead to something equally as interesting. but we'll have to wait and see. gege has played the weekly game incredibly well, and even in the final chapter there's still such large unknowns lmao. i remember you mentioned that the penultimate chapter usually has the "meat", but man i've got a feeling that the last chapter is gonna be the one to do so. yuji's "nah i'd win" like statement gives me hope LMAO but very happy to see we got a *little* more horror-like visuals from gege. if we get some more in the last chapter ooooh that'll be nice.

I don't think it would make sense for Rika to be able to copy CT from cursed spirits, but I can kinda see how it can happen. Copy needs a body part and to process and analyse, and Cursed spirits don't really have physical body parts to be consumed and that's excluding how fast they regenerate and their detached parts instantly crumbling (becoming completely useless). CSM reverts them to their "core", so that's how they get consumed by a CSM user. Maybe you can use CSM to make it so Rika eats the cores instead (giving the cursed technique, but no way of using the curse itself). Another possibility might be freezing cursed spirits like Uraume did to stabilize them enough for consumption to be possible, but how reliable that is is hard to tell.

I'm far more interested in some sort of sequel or spin-off than another prequel. We've kind of already had 2 pseudo-prequels with JJK 0, which showed the school and students before the main trio entered, and the Hidden Inventory Arc, which (while I would have liked a prequel of Gojo and Geto's early days) we've already kind of seen how that ends. Also, for some reason, I suppose I'm of the minority that doesn't really have any particular interest in a Sukuna focused prequel.

I think that if Sukuna had his own body in this verse during the last arc, Yuji's technique would have been different. We have to account that he made a binding vow to dismantle Sukuna's soul because in order to save Megumi.

I always find the Uraume discourse interesting of whether they were lucky about Sukuna appearing in not his own body or not, and while I feel like both sides of the discussion have been said a lot, I think their is another similar discussion that never gets mentioned Let's assume a world where Sukuna is revived AGAIN (Someone wished on the Gojo Balls, idk) and he's back in his true OG body, but its 10-15 years from now. How would a fight with full potential and experienced Higaruma+Yuta+Yuji go against Max Power Sukuna who ALSO still has world cleave? Yuji was stated to have talent similar to Sukuna by Uraume herself, and Higaruma is stated to have Gojo level talent. Actually it might be better to keep it just Yuta and Yuji, because if Sukuna doesn't have a cursed tool to take the consifcation bullet, he just gets bullied realistically.

I guess I'll spread some anti-Kashimo agenda one last time before the manga ends. You say that we never see Gege draw any other slashes in the same way that he drew the slashes against Kashimo. But that is not true. Like, at all. Pretty much half of all Dismantles that Sukuna fires during the Shinjuku Showdown are drawn like that. They're drawn like that when Sukuna fights Miguel, they're drawn like that when he fights Kusakabe, they're drawn like that when he uses them on Choso in chapter 256, also when he fires slashes at Higuruma and Kusakabe right after Higuruma's Domain ends, when he does that big Dismantle on Mahoraga in Shibuya. I could go on. When Gege draws slashes like that as white wedges or lines, it's not done so to indicate a WCS. It's done so to visualize a slash moving through the air. Whether it be a regular Dismantle or a WCS. Gege doesn't always do this, the other half of the time he'll just show the target getting split or injured. But when he wants to show the slash as it's traveling, then he'll give it that white line look. Keep in mind that we also see WC Slashes that aren't drawn with that white look, like when he cuts Higuruma's right arm and when he cuts Yuta. That white aesthetic does not go hand-in-hand with the WCS. I also personally wouldn't say that Sukuna could've completed the incantations in the time that it took Kashimo to just...raise his head. And like you say, there's no good reason for Sukuna not using such a huge, multi-slash WCS again after that point. That is, if he could. But common sense tells ME that that's just not what he did. Sorry for the length, I just couldn't let the Kashimo fans think they had any hope left. (This part is a joke)

I see a lot of people talk about Sukuna needing 10 shadows vs Gojo, but I don't see many people pointing out that Gojo needed to experience being sealed in the prison realm in order to shrink his domain. Without the tiny domain Sukuna doesn't have to turn off the can't miss effect inside the domain and thus Gojo's domain gets shattered much faster. Also means Sukuna is less likely to need to recast his domain. I personally think it makes it much less likely that Gojo makes it out of the domain clash portion of the fight. Not impossible, just much less likely. Sukuna also saves his cursed tool for after Gojo, which he probably wouldn't have done if he wasn't anticipating the gauntlet to come. Lightning bolts would have been very dangerous during Gojo's periods of burnout. So both combatants entered the trick with a new tool against the other.

Without being reincarnated he wouldn’t have had a direct way to heal himself easy after the fight with Gojo, so any physical damage he takes would carry over, and he never would have learned world cutting slash which became a good part of his kit. Also Yuji and them wouldn’t have had to bother with a plan to save Megumi when they could have tried for more lethal strategies from earlier, so I think Heian form Sukuna is also in for at least a similarly difficult fight.

I believe Yuta didnt heal his own scar when he hopped on to Gojo's body because he wanted to get his brain back in his body as soon as the fight ended. Kenjaku probably didn't heal it as some binding vow to make his techniques better, or maybe even to nulify the burnout after a domain expansion

2 theories. One for the more logical fan, but one for the die hard crazy fanatic fan too. 1. This is just the end. Yuji and crew take out a curse user as a goodbye thing, and the end is their W. Gojo is gone, sukuna said no to yuji and died as a makeshift Tengen. The barriers break and jujutsu is reset, making everyone a grade 4 again, except yuji. His sorcery is based from a time before. He's the new strongest as the mc and everyone accepts that. End of jjk. 2. Yuji ate sukuna, Tengen was placed in their barrier to recover, Takaba is not evil, but brought back Kenny accidentally and is acting as a sort of prison guard for him. Gojo isn't dead yet. The crew isn't needed to save yuta, they need to sacrifice cursed energy to give gojo enough to fully heal through personal RCT. Higaruma will stand in as a teacher in gojo's place until he recovers and will push his personal views of justice. this will become a problem for crow chick, because she's anything but crime free. She's corrupt as they come. She will help Kenny break free of takaba to stop higaruma's 'reign' over jujutsu society, but he's obviously not wrong. He just wants people to be held accountable for making bad decisions when they could be saving people instead of avenging them. Gojo agrees with this and they, along with the team, hatch some crazy plan where gojo jumps out last minute like yuji did when he 'came back to life' and all the bad guys freak out and get Miguel slapped tf out of. 🎉 end of jjk

I think this is ending is happening because, Yuji had to kill Megumi. But imstead of killing him terribly. He put Megumi's Soul into a final great ending. With the real ending being much more gruesome and everyone dying via not being able to handle their injuries from Sukuna. Leaving Yumi being one of the only ones to live...alone

Maybe he was just playing a prank and they enroll him into jujutsu high like Gojo did with megumi. 4:27 nah i disagree. If sukuna won the "coin flip" which i think he always does against gojo because he has Megumi inside him regardless. Sukuna wouldn't have won. Everyone except kashimo were trying to save megumi not kill them off. It was because sukuna was reincarnated, he was even alive for so long.

Not to mention he wouldnt have had the reincarnation to perform a mostly full heal on himself after the Gojo fight. So he would have came out of that fight beat up and worn down against a group that wouldn't have been holding back at all. That being said, I don't think it was even a coin flip against Gojo since there is no reason to believe Gojo wouldn't have found a way to hit him with Infinite Void and Sukuna had no solution for that in his own kit. That being said... I'm still of the opinion that Takaba could have cleared Sukuna in any form because Kenjaku only won by being willing to play along with Takaba and actually circumvent his technique, something Sukuna would have never been willing to "lower" himself to do. He'd have dismantled Takaba and he'd have turned into a bunch of mini Takabas hopping around like a Looney Tunes character. He'd open the furnace on him and Takaba would just look like Wiley Coyote when one of those ACME bombs blow up in his face 😂

I think the continuation should be a prequel like the Shinjuku showdown but where Sukuna wins by using his spear and lightning tools. Most interesting would be if the "good guys" are about to kill Sukuna, but then they end up breaking a binding vow and lose because of it. We've never seen what happens if you break one of those vows, so it'd be interesting to see. You could also paint Sukuna as the good guy by showing the clans to be extremely corrupt and he'd do a sort of "cleanse." Might be too much of a power fantasy if sukuna is shown as the good guy. I would like to see a drama with a dark ending. Maybe we could take the perspective of a character like Utahime, someone who's committed to the institutions and is a "good person" but isn't strong enough to stop sukuna - and in the end, sukuna kills all her friends and becomes a cursed object hoping to unleash himself onto another era while our protagonist must suffer the consequences of rebuilding jujutsu society

I feel like Gojo's letters to the kids are enough of an acknowledgment of Gojo's death. It's not really the style of the series for everyone to be huddled around crying for Gojo of all people; half of them hated him and the other half was constantly annoyed by him. His last will and testament being a gag for Megumi to smirk at is pretty in line with his character
