To who doesn't know about the song/ The composer ( at the piano) is a Kazakh composer, his name is Baigaly Serkebayev ( his father was a great opers singer) and nothing to say about Dimash/ Therefore Dimash thanked him ( the composer) in Kazakh. But the song's lyrics are in Russian( we Kazakh are bilinguial at least(many of us master 3-4 languages)/ Thanks for your great reaction!

Dimash did an amazing cover of "Sinful Passion". The original version (by A'STUDIO) was a nice pop/rock ballad [although the A'Studio video makes me wonder why during the lead guitar solo, he's not even playing the guitar - he's just holding it). Dimash, as usual, really turned it into something unique, and gave it a sultry and passionate sensation, bringing the song to new heights, driping with emotion. He also included new jaw dropping vocal acrobatics, reminding listeners that you can never think that you know what to expect. Thank you so much guys for your honest reaction! He sang in Russian. He is perfect and unique!! Yes, a clean voice! This was a masterpiece of Dimash!! I was shocked when I saw this performance. I cried during his performance! He touches my heart and soul! This performance was beyond everything!! He gets better and better. His vocal cords are improved, he hits now lower then ever before from F2 to C2. Where it gonna end? No one knows, only Dimash!! His low deep voice in the beginning and the craziness at the end! STUNNING! EPIC performance! I don't find the word to discribe him, I always said "he is incredible and amazing" but he is beyond that! The vocal technique is not Middle-Eastern. A Kazakh commenter on a different video said: "Dimash was using singing Kazakh technique, that called "Komeymen aytu", you can hear it from the Turan-group." The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental Arab technique (or traditional qazaq singing, called Joqtaw), is a funeral lament, paying homage to the dead vocalist: Brilliant! The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio. The dead singer left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebyev, who is the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash

Hi there. Thank you for your reaction, and for your kind words towards Dimash. Yes, he's something else, and not only in the vocal field, but as a person, as a human being. Also yes, there's no limits for him. He's always looking for something new, he's always improving and going beyond what we consider the limits. You may have noticed that he improved a lot on his low key notes, also again he showed his Turkic roots with a tribal sound in the middle of the sound. How does he do it? Most famous artists can point to a couple of times in their career on stage that they gave a "peak" performance, when all the stars aligned, and it was truly memorable. Maybe a handful of performances in a long career. Dimash, just starting to enter the global consciousness, PEAKS IN EVERY PERFORMANCE!! How is it possible? It cannot be put into words, it just is , and we can do no more than accept it with joy and wonder.

Вы правы! Кроме того, о российских концертах узнают только благодаря Димашу, так как ни один их певец не может похвастаться, что только из-за него прилетают фаны со всего мира. СтОит заявить, что будет петь Димаш, так сразу же распродаются билеты. Димаш объявил, что 22 марта будет его сольный концерт в Кремлевском Дворце, тут же откликнулись фаны со всего мира(!!!) My brain was on overload too. I could understand Russian quiet well and had eng. subtitels on but I got my mind to comprehed the lyrics - awesome by the way - only after watching this about a dozen times. This is another part about Dimash I love - he choose extraordinaŕy songs no matter the language - music is univesal - he is introducing them to people who otherwise would never listen. BTW you mentioned in an earlier video if Dimash ever sang in LA.....As a matter of fact he was in LA this past January for the first time. He attended an event at Kazak Embassy I believe it was. He performed a couple of songs there and he also attended the American Music Awards while there. A few famous singers have met him. Pharrel Williams and Jessie J. He also met Nicole Kidman and Eva Longoria.....Us his fans, are waiting for him to be known in North America.....It is coming....
