I clicked so fast! I love Marina. Marina had a song on an album prior to this called “Savages” which is about the worst impulses of humans which, although she still sings like an angel, felt angrier. I always felt like this was the sequel to that song but from a more positive perspective. It’s like she still recognises all the bad in the world but now she can see the good too. I was so excited to see yall post this!! I am a long time Marina fan - saw her in 2019 and her vocals are exactly the same in person. She talks about a lot of social issues in her songs & I always look forward to her new music. Her voice is so unique and I hope you guys see more from her! So much you could listen to! The jump scare seeing you altogether (jk jk), but really happy to see you guys react to Marina. A lot of overlap between her fanbase and Lana/Florence so you should totally check out more - very sarcastic, and often pessimistic in her song writing! can be very fun and tongue in cheek as well so don't worry, it's not all serious. She's part indie, part pop, part electro and more :) Had the joy of seeing Marina live 3 times. She's a British treasure!
