The pop production is just crisp chef kiss and there are some dark angsty ballads. It's probably her best work. @@youreaqt3730 just because someone doesn't know snsd doesn't mean they are just bts and blackpink stans. And even if they are, you aren't better than them if you have to make comments about that. Let people enjoy what they want. I never liked snsd, but love a lot of groups and soloists. It's just preference. Also many people don't like the typical 2nd gen music, nothing wrong with that.

The story comes from a telling of the Orion & Artemis mythology. Artemis (Goddess of the moon, stag, bow+arrow, also a virgin Goddess) fell in love with Orion ( 1:28 ). And in this telling of the myth, Apollo was displeased that his sister fell in love with a man so he sent a scorpion to attack him but Orion swam into the ocean. Then, Apollo challenged Artemis to a shooting competition, and ofc he knows her arrows never miss. And her own arrow ( 4:16 ) kills Orion ( 3:43 ) Drowned by the grief of what she did, she picked Orion's heart out of the ocean ( 3:10 )after which, she made Orion into a constellation ( 3:22 ) - one of the most conspicuous and recognizable constellations in the night sky. That's why at the start of the chorus, it sang as: "The Irony is that you shine more, so I envy you"

Taeyeon is a Goddess all of her own she is the Goddess of PERFECTION !!! Fight me !!! This MV is pretty much Taeyeon portraying Goddess Artemis and her love story with Oreon which is why she has a bow, the moon and the constellation as the story goes that Oreon( Artemis lover ) dies / gets killed by Apollo( twin brother of Artemis) and Artemis is in grief because of the death of her lover ( although there are many different stories about the way Oreon dies ) to which Artemis either makes Oreon into a constellation or begs her father Zeus to make Oreon into a constellation ( again stories about who made Oreon into a constellation differs from one another) which is the reason why we see a constellation at some point in the MV , I also believe the crystal/ water like statue seems to be Apollo meaning she isnt allowed to love Oreon as her brother is against their love . Artemis parents are also against their love since Artemis is a Goddess and Oreon isnt and such romance is somewhat of a sin or taboo , so yeah that is what this MV is about and if you read the lyrics it makes perfect sense with the MV and it pretty much describes the love story between Oreon and Artemis .

You're the first one that mentioned driving in a car. And I feel that. I've said it myself, this song, driving into the city heading to a nice bar or club. Song is on repeat and even after you park, you don't leave the car until the song finishes. This MV is perfect. I've been seeing some say that the choreo isn't very ambitious. Well, those people don't get it. The choreo is PERFECT for this song. If it was "more" then it would throw off the entire feel. 10 out of 10. EASY.

SM is the biggest entertainment company in South Korea. They have been producing idols and solo artists since 1990's era. Hence they were called blue prints because of their influence to produce artists in South Korea. SM Artists are well known in South Korea because of their vocals. Taeyon is from Girls Generation or SNSD/GG, a second generation girl group, she is one of their Main Vocalists and She is the leader of the group. They are the seniors of EXO in terms of artists debut. INVU ( I envy you), according to the director of the mv, the concept of the music video is from greek goddess and goddesses. She portray Artemis, who is in love with a hunter named Orion, but Apollo was displeased and killed Orion, so Artemis turned Orion into a constellation.
