Dubioza was well received by the crowd and by as well. Polish crowd understood it due to language similarity and catching tune. Nice job.

Love them both. i have gone to see Gogol every time they come to my town. My wife and I planned our holidays in Europe to get to see Dubioza (and a couple other band's) concerts. Dubioza has relatively little exposure in the US as they have only toured here once. But WOW do they have an avid fan bas in the EU. Gogol tours the US almost every year. Both are VERY high energy bands/audiences to see live.

Both groups were fun but I have to give it to Gogol Bordello. I have liked them for several years and they look like such a fun band. I'd love to see them in concert (and I'm 72)!

Love Gogol Bordello. This was probably the first song I heard with them back in the day. Immigraniada is another great song by them, with a good video. Also, Seekers & Finders, a duet with Regina Spektor. The mashup of their song Pala Tute with Madonna's La Isla Bonita, performed live with her at Live Earth in 2007 is a great performance (with 12 million views on KZbin). My Companjera is also good.

They have different artistic intent, if you ask me. One is a liberating theatrical act, the other is an antistress oscillator. Greetings from the Balkan

Yes, I also think, most time they have different styles. Gogol Bordello has some outstanding jazz musicians. Sergey Ryabtsev and so forth. Nearly no other band can keep up with these live performances. Both bands have no problem to challenge their audience a littlebit, but Gogol Bordello comes from Rock and Punk, while Dubioza Kolektiv comes often from the rythm. That means Gogol Bordello arranges peaks (or at least step in), while Dubioze Kolektiv has the offbeat groove. But of course it's depending on the songs. If you hear 'My Gypsy Auto Pilot' and 'No Escape (from Balkan)' you can see, that they both can do both ;-) . And also both can do the SKA groove very well. Until now I hadn't the chance to hear live Duioza Kolektiv, but 2 times I was on a concert of Gogol Boredello. I was on a lot of concerts, but Gogol Bordello played the most intense music, I ever herad. Or if you wish Gogol Bordello 'destroys' the audience, while Duioza I don't know (I wasn't on a concert). At least I (and not only I) was done after the Gogol Bordello concerts ;-) If you want a feeling what they do live - hear 'Trans-Continental Hustle ' and as escalation 'Immigraniada' and 'My Companjera'. But they can also 'Mishto' and 'Through the roof 'n' underground'. If I hear the least (and also other songs), I think a lot of these Rock/Punk-Songs come from a singer/song writer background. Eugene just tells a story with an amazing intensity. But beneath that you can also hear the abilities of the musicians on every instrument. E.g. in 'Pala Tute'. Of course both band have fun with what they do. Otherwise they wouln't exist anymore after so may years and the performace would be weaker. Finally I like to admit, that Eugene Hütz is from Ukrainie. E.g. 'Gogol Bordello feat. Ukranian Border Patrol Orchestra'. Unfortunetly Bosnia and Ukraine have something in common ...

@@HelerifiKtion What do you mean? I don't understand. Dubioza Kolektiv in Bosnia? Sorry, I'm not familiar with politics in Bosnia. I'm from Germany. In Ukraine they fight for freedom. No resettlements like Stalin did. And that's also the opinion of the members of Gogol Bordello.
