Rammstein videos are to put it mildly, the best music videos ever! The production quality is always off the charts. Nobody can beat a Rammstein video for sheer quality. Some are like mini movies.

The idea for the video came from the drummer, Christoph Schneider. You need to see the making of for a good idea of what they endured and how hilarious they can be😂😂! Great song and video and a great reaction car always. Love the new hair colour too.

The band who for me can do no wrong musically. Their videos, be it love or otherwise, ooze quality and high levels of production. A band who put their fans first and continually serve up excellence. A band who only perform in the German language…which works for me. I wish they would tour the U.K. though….sadly a likely consequence of Brexit. Sabina..beautifully presented as always.

Great reaction. The video is so funny. And creative. Music rocks so hard, love it. Some people think the lyrics are about depression. But if you dive into the lyrics of Rammstein a little deeper and take in consideration where they grew up and how they think than you get a different angle: it's a quite harsh criticism on our overfeed (farsuits symbolising that) western society. We have everything. Nowadays, it's just only a mouse click away. And yet we are freezing emotionally. Btw it worth watching the making of of the video. You see them out of their stage character. How much work was invested into this video. And they are really funny. With love from Germany ❤

As others already mentioned, it's worth while to watch the Official Making of Video here on YT. One learns about how they needed three hours to put Lindemann into the fat-suit and what the band wanted to express. Men who archived everything they dreamed of, fame, money, women, lux cars, just to end off empty and cold. For a short moment they still feel the fire of their early years, but soon realise that they became old, fat, ugly, helpless and moronic (Flake). As often the song can be interpreted in different ways. Imo it's about the male midlife crisis and therefore it's not just a fun song, but pretty "eternal" and deep.

👍 You've already got interpretations in the comments. So I just focus on your question about the genre of Rammstein: There are a couple of answers. When it came up, it was called "Neue deutsche Härte" (new German routhness/hardness). The mixture of metal and synth is called "industrial (metal)", which matches to their outfit on stage. When they were asked (some times ago), they answered, that it is "Tanzmetall" (dance metal). And yes, Rammstein is a class of it's own.

..not the heaviest .. ..agree with what you spotted in the video song ..keep looking on their official channel, or, the "Buchstabu " channel, where many of their songs are re-uploaded with subtitles.. .. I usually watch/listen to a Rammstein video per day..BUT, tou MUST check out "15 Year Old Emma Kok Sings Voilà - André Rieu, Maastricht 2023 (official video)" .. There is a video with subtitles, but misses part where Andrá Rieu introduces her and give some background story of her, and the standing ovation and even call her again to front of stage at the end of video.... ..i would recomend, watch intro of "André Rieu " channel, and then when she is ready to sing, watch and react to subtitled version .. ..in your case, maybe grab some tissues in advance...

I HIGHLY recommend reacting to ANY SONG from Sleep Token. Ascensionism, Take Me Back to Eden, The Sommoning, and Granite are good places to start. They can’t be defined by any genre. A true emotional rollercoaster.
