Luce is one of the best and most poetic songs Italy has, very emotional, and Rancore interpreted it very respectfully.

sorry if I ask, but what can you understand about such a musical genre, an Italian rap that is the Italian cover of an Italian song? what high musical skills do you have for laughing at a busy and demanding text that barely Italian critics have understood? and, forgive again, what the hell do you find funny in an exhibition where you also need to act? the looks and movements are part of the pathos of a song interpreted in front of a heterogeneous audience.

Italy doesn't understand well Rancore's rap/poetry. Italian people likes rap songs which speaks about drugs, smoke, alcohol, bitches and so on. But Rancore is different. He's the best, his poems are incredible, they describe very well our society!

I loved this masterpiece! And Rai channel has already removed all the Sanremo performances including the duets😭. Rap is not even my genre but Rancore writes beautiful lyrics plus he's very charismatic on stage. Eden was my favourite in the Sanremo line up for the same reason and because the melody was cool 😍. I was enraptured by those looks between them that made you feel uncomfortable LOL. The reason why lies in the context: Rancore is impersonating a lone and lost sailor, who's singing to the Moon (the girl in silver) who's alone too and he asks her what she sees from above. She answers using the original lyrics of Luce in the chorus: We're in the same teardrop/ like a Sun and a star/light that falls from the eyes/over the sunsets of my Earth/over new days/Listen to me/ Beautiful

Thank you for this reaction, so I can continue to appreciate the original performance because original video has been removed. Regarding your considerations, I don't agree with you. The strength of this song is in its words. If you don't know Italian, you can't understand it. It's poetry. It's a love song dedicated to the moon with amazing references, an outstanding flow. It's romantic. It describes the moon as the earth's lover and protector. During this performance Rancore is the captain of a ship who is going through the sea accompanied by the moon and La rappresentante di lista is the moon (that's why the silver grey dress). This is one of the best cover in Sanremo's history.

Madonna oh, siete proprio voi il problema dell'Italia. Non ha capito il testo essendo straniera: vorrei vedere voi se questa canzone fosse stata in turcomanno se vi sarebbe piaciuta. I gusti sono gusti, cazzo: non è che se uno è bravo piace per forza a tutti. Penso inoltre sia molto acculturata: ha fatto reaction a qualsiasi cosa nel suo canale, qualsiasi. That’s a funny reaction😃. “ la rappresentante di lista” is a very interesting Indie pop duo. You might listen to “questo corpo” , which I like very much. But be warned: the video is pretty “strong” but creative and powerful. The song is a sort of invitation to “hear your body”, especially directed to women

I don't agree with you about the sitar (took from the original song, "Luce (Tramonti a nord-est)" that gives the chorus to this one): I feel it very appropriate. Moreover, I would prefer a voice more on the "celtic side" for the chorus. But I like the way you listen to the songs :)
