I grew up with robbie, he's my dad's favourite singer. He was absolutely huge in UK and Europe in 2000s. Absolute mega star!!!

Robbie was HUGE in the UK.......I never really understood why he never made it across the pond ? I have heard he was deemed to be arrogant, when in fact he's bloomin hilarious

By far the best live performance of Feel, with Robbie Williams, is at Knebworth, well worth seeing, even though you have just done this. It has his full emotions, as he sings live in front of 370,000 people!!

After Robbie did a few shows and talk shows in the USA he decided he rather live in American in anonymity. He was suffering from severe anxiety and depression and alcohol and drug addiction. When he performed he was Robbie when he was not performing he was Rob. 2 people. He got extremely anxious when people approached him..fans, paparazzi etc. In the US, he felt not many knew him, so he hid in L.A. where he could breathe and not hide. He was so depressed he didn't leave his house for 6 years and considered himself retireed, though he never announced it. It wasnt till he met Ayda his future american wife that he started coming out of his house slowly and he finally got to perform in the UK again still had horrible stage fright, usually it would subside after the 4th song. He recently said that the 2 Robbies are getting closer to being one. Its the first time he wasn't anxious getting on stage at Hyde park a week ago. Marriage and 4 kids, therapy have helped tremendously. He hasn't had a drink in over 22 years. How do I know so much about Robbie? He had a chat group called upfront and he would speak to his fans daily for about 3 to 4 years.. he spoke about all his problems, UFOs, connected with us on the same level when it came to anxiety and depression ..he was comical he told us ghost stories he was hilarious there were times it was sad there was times he was funny as hell he would ask us what songs should go on to his next album. There wasn't a topic that was off the table ..if you look him up on Instagram he has started a cuddle Club where he will send a link about someone in Instagram who's struggling he's an incredible human being an incredible person who gives to so many in charities I never met an artist who absolutely adores his fans that when you meet him he knows exactly who you are. he will call your name out right on stage. I suffered with a bout of breast cancer a few years ago I went to see him in Vegas after I went through all my chemo and was back to myself and the first thing he asked me backstage during the meet and greet was how are you doing are you okay he knew what I was going through. I've never met an artist who genuinely absolutely loves his fans ..he calls us his friendlies.

It's very interesting the Rob is on he same stage as Simon Cowell. Simon famously passed on Rob's early boy band Take That, who went on to become the biggest selling British band since The Beatles. Simon always said it was his biggest professional regret.

The whole song is about just wanting to feel something, so getting all up in the audience kinda adds to that idea

I agree with the other posters about watching the Knebworth version which was in front of 125K people and the massive chorus from the audience.

I don't who's suggesting these videos but for virtually all of his songs, including this one, the best live version is from his HUGE concert at Knebworth. Nothing else comes close! He's nearly always great but check out his performance of this song at Knebworth. He was on another level that night! :)

Ironically this was the one album he tried to crack america with, hence the american tv performance, he had moved to LA and they did an USA version of the album where songs were rearranged than how they appeared on the rest of the world version.
