To tell you a bit of his background. He got bullied when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came but that was not his choice and people called him names..... because that, he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. It takes a long time for him to accept his own voice again and gets where he is now. He has studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changes to studied Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is very good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. He can sing at least over 12 different languages. He can even sing 6 different voices in one song. His music has so many different genres. If you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people,'s, souls. Zhou Shen's music is one of them that can heal your souls. A lot of Dimash's fans also recommend Zhou Shen to those reactors who reacted to Dimash to react. Some people compare to both of them and I think they both are great performers but with different styles. Nothing to compare to. Thank you for reacting to Zhou Shen's performance.

Yup, his singing brings out the emotions of the songs. There's someting about his voice. It's amazing how he can go so high then quite down immediately, not many singers can do this. Btw, his English name is Charlie. His sir name Zhou can be pronounced as "Jo" 😆

Zhou is pronounced sort of like Joe for English speakers. Zhou Shen is the pinyin rendering of his name 周深. Pinyin spellings are not always easy to read correctly unless you are familiar with the conventions. Both characters are first tone. Zhou Shen is an amazing singer. His star is rising in China as he seems to be finding the kind of songs which suit his voice.

I love Zhou Shen almost as much as Dimash! I also agree with what you said about the instruments... Go check another guy (he also features in those Chinese shows) by the name of Henry Lau and see what he does with a violin. And usually he combines it with his other skills as a singer and dancer and pianist too ! Suggestion : check out his rendition of "Despacito" and some of the Michael Jackson songs...

I'm sorry for DImash fans, actually I trid a lot to hear him, okay his technique is outstanding for sure but there is something missing from his singging. I found Zhoushen and Hua chenyu, both of them expels, radiates emotion, unspeakble, magical, mesmerizing, I more into passion and charms of the singer.

He did that in Memory as well (he wrote Chinese lyrics to the melody in the second half). It’s interesting idk if it’s a personal choice or somehow Chinese is easier for him as native language to sing deeper?
