@@megaman010391 wouldn’t stick. If a county ordinance or ruling is more strict than state law, the state law should take precedence. Wouldn’t keep you from getting charged but any decent attorney would get it thrown out when you show the fact that freedom week and pre ban mags are both plentiful and wide spread among gun owners in California. Not to mention… every shit head who’s actually committing crimes and harming people is just buying 30 rounders in mass from Nevada and Arizona on day trips and bringing them back to California disregarding the laws which of course criminals are one to do so 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

This is an amazing demonstration of why the 2A is so important and needed. If this man wasnt there, and prepared to act, whatever the intention of the assailant was, it would have happened. Theres not always time to stop and call the law. And like they said the badguy had no qualms about letting loose his pistol. Idk if the citizen was ever military or law enforcement, but his ability to seemingly remain calm and understand the space the gunfight was happening in seemed dialed in. I hope hes doing alright mentally. Its not an easy thing to take a life. In the military you get the mindset its us or them, and after your first couple tics its kinda hey fuxk them, they were trying to kill us. But weve all seen cops bodycams where the cop gets drawn on and is now forced to take it to that level, and after they dump the guy they just have this guttural sound escape them, like a whimper. They didn't want to have to do that.. and sometimes the cop will also be talking to the body like 'why did you do that why why did you do that why did you make me shoot you'. And its a huge dump of adrenalin and your neurons are all firing off.. but yeah i hope the citizen is doing alright. Apologies for the wall of text ✌

I finally moved out of that shit hole LA. Every “bad guy” or shit bird there illegally carries and the California gov makes it nearly impossible for good guys to obtain a CCW and train for these Good Samaritan situations. All power has been handed over to the criminals in that state it’s awful.

CCWs are becoming increasingly common in California. Majority of cops are supportive of it. Due to the size of LA the process takes a long time but everyone can get one as long as they’re not a criminal.

Yardage estimation 4 lanes approx 40 feet. Sidewalks are 3-4 feet wide. So 46ish feet. Yep 15 yards. I was involved in a critical incident and following I stepped it off 25 yards. You bet I shot a shit load from that distance for awhile. Train for the fight.

You can get it on the used market or gifted from an out-of-state parent/grandparent in a FFL-facilitated transfer. It's not impossible for non-LEO to legally acquire a 19.5 - just very costly and/or indirect.
