Kisame is fantastic. Huge chakra pool, with the best ninja tool available to regular ninja, and the most proficient water style user shown in the series. Bad opponent match ups are the only reason his major fights are even competitive. But unless you have some way to do massive amounts of damage while not flinging your chakra around, you wont beat him.

Frankly that's kind of vague, but it does mean he has a lot compared to a normal ninja. It doesn't even tell us how much they had in respect to *which* tailed beast(s).

Literally the only thing that Kakuzu has that *might* be effective against Kisame would be his threads. Kisame counters every other jutsu he has. I don't see how Kakuzu could possibly win that match up. That said, I think Kakuzu was a cooler/more threatening villain.

Terry Price I do think Kakuzu has the edge when it comes to taijutsu and physical prowess. I don't think we've seen Kisame fight that well without a sword of any kind. So hypothetical if it results in a fist fight Kakauzu could come out on top.

Terry Price Like most of the people you underestimate Kakuzu pretty much. He has a very large area of effect of techniques. Kisame, and Samehada by extension, have never been shown to absorb ranged chakra attacks. And if we're talking about physical strength and taijutsu, the earth style " Iron skin " makes Kakuzu a little bit better than Kisame in a close combat.

Kakuzu might have both a tactical and taijutsu advantage, but Kisame's physically stronger-he punched Guy to the bottom of a _lake,_ can absorb all of Kakuzu's attacks, and has massive amounts of chakra and endurance. I think Kisame edges out overall.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Anbu Black Ops and the Foundation are NOT the same thing. The Anbu Black Ops follows the orders of the Hokage. The Foundation is a sub section of the ANBU.

After DB was the huge success it was, shonen pretty much became "dragon ball but this little thing is different". Literally Sakura only beats Naruto for the same reason that Nami beats Luffy: because that's what Bulma did in DB and if people liked that, they'll like it now, right? Right... Not that I think it excuses disliking the character in any way, the "girl who's a billion times weaker than the main character but beats him all the time and nothing happens to her because the MC is such a nice guy that he'd never lift a finger to respond" trope is *so* freaking overused it's eyerolling at this point.

The story never does really cover any of that which is sad. Hey heres a question for everyone should we recommend the abridged series made by BlazingAzureCrow? Because I watched them and everysingle one of them are great. The Digimon Abridged and it's Tri version as well as The Bleach S Abridged were so well done that they need more Reactors. The reason why I am hesitant to recommend these series to Spaz Boys is because a lot of jokes and references are made to the original series so for people who don't know much about Bleach or Digimon they might not understand everything. As much as I enjoy Naruto, Kishimoto left WAY to many unanswered questions,unexplained abilities and characters unexpanded upon by the end the of the series Spoiler 1.I was saddened when I found out only Zabuza & Kisame were the only powerful/interesting characters of the 7 swordsmen of the mist (the others were fodder) 2.Kakashi’s father Sakumo Hatake was so strong that he held fame that was said to similar to even the Sannin, instead of pointless filler I would've liked to see a few of his battles and jutsu. 3.Why at no point in the story is Nagato,Naruto or Karin mentioned to be related to the Uzumaki Clan?Also, I find it strange how there are still few members of Naruto clan still alive but not the Uchiha.I get that Itachi wiped them out but wouldn't there be a couple away from the village on a mission? 4.If Uchiha are such a godly clan with Sasuke, Itachi, Obito and Madara, why weren't there other powerful members of the clan brought back through edo tensei? Itachi still had his sharingan when he came back even though Sasuke took them. Also Danzo proved they don't even need Mangekyo to be over powered, each clan member has two eyes (that's two chances to use Izanagi or Izanami).Plus, they can still copy their opponents moves like Kakashi.........

Kisame actually has the MOST physical power of all the akatsuki members, in the anime the bijuu bomb only burned his body, but in the manga where censorship is weaker, dude got all his abdomen blown away, like literally there was a big hole in his body, and he grew everything up just be focusing his chakra, and he's not even a medical type, just concentrating his chakra dude :))

At this point in the story Sasuke doesn't want to kill Naruto because of vengeance, he wants to kill Naruto because Naruto makes him question what he's feeling, which is why he's so hell bent on crushing Naruto, so Sasuke can completely emotionally distance himself from everyone in the leaf before destroying it.
