And he really is not a foot shorter, more like about 1/2 a foot. Surprising my, Geoff & Layne really are not exceptionally tall. Geoff is just under 6’. And Layne about 6’1” ? Geoff says Layne’s hair makes him look taller. But Cesar & J only have a few inches on Eli. I tend to think Cesar’s hair gives him a taller appearance too. Eli just doesn’t have that advantage.

Yes! I think his lack of hair (which as I understand it, is a deliberate choice) also makes him look a bit shorter compared to the others than he actually is. If the guys were all bald, it'd probably level things out quite a bit. But it sure would take some getting used to XD

Geoff and Layne are aprox 6 feet in height and Eli is 5'6" I think. :) The song is from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame. Beata Maria is the start of a prayer of course. I don't think I've seen the movie either. You can find videos of Layne singing with and for his family. They're adorable. :) Some are saying that Geoff's true self is starting to show in these videos..... LOL He has the glowing eyes again in Jack's Lament. The original of these songs sound so boring after hearing VP and Geoff do them.

Great reaction!! This was just so damned good!! When I watched it the first time, I thought it was Geoff that said "Burn It", but no, that was Layne. And It was cool that Tony got to participate as the guard. Completely Blown away by how epic this cover was!! It has been a long long time since I have seen Hunchback of Notre Dame. And Did you see Cesar briefly playing the air guitar?? lol. Love The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Frollo is such an evil bad guy.

This song has always blown me away- I know it’s from a Disney movie but it’s the LEAST “Disney” song I can imagine. Fun fact - the man who sang this in the animated movie is Tony Jay, who (among MANY other roles) also was Megabyte in the animated series “Reboot,” where he was a magnificent villain.

This is absolutely stunning. When he starts singing Geoff almost (but not quite) appears vulnerable and then you see his descent into madness. I think it’s interesting that J, Eli and Cesar sing a lot of the lines about the temptations of Esmeralda, the weaknesses of other people, and how it isn’t his fault. That choral portion when it segues into something suggesting church bells ringing (at least to me) emphasizes the fact that he was a high ranking member of the church. That makes his position even more vile. That leaves Geoff to be able to voice all the twisted evil of the character. And wow, he does a scary good job of it! He blames her, he blames the devil, and he even blames God. And then that switch gets flipped.🔥🔥🔥 I’ve always hated the character of Frollo but found the song to be beautiful and powerful in a very disturbing way. Because they gave us that glimpse of humanity, Frollo almost seems human in their cover . It gives me chills every single time I hear it - and I’ve heard a lot! And he could be possessed… his eyes length for a second in his new release of Jack’s Lament Nightmare before Christmas. 😳
