Ari you make some really good points. You get it. Zeppelin was so good and everybody knew what the other guys were going to do on stage. All four guys were incredibly talented and they fit like a glove. When John Bonham died they knew it was over. Nobody in this band was replaceable.

They are a freak of nature. They came out of the gate that good. The first time that they ever played together was in a small basement in Gerrard Street in London on August 12th, 1968. I believe that they played Train Kept a Rollin' to warm up. They said after they were done playing that song were all shocked and knew they had just witnessed something magical.🤗

Seen Led Zeppelin 2 times, once in 1977 on April 1, 1977 Toronto, at the Maple Leaf Gardens, then on October 17 , 1980 in Montreal, at the Montreal Forum, and my best friend bought tickets for Robert Plant's solo tour on June 10, 1985 at The Pacific Coliseum, Vancouver, BC, Canada!! Led Zeppelin are truly amazing live and so sexy!! Robert Plant during his solo tour was amazing as well and just as sexy , like fine wine he ages so well! Had front row tickets to all 3 shows!! Going to see Robert on Wednesday Aug 14 at 7:00 PM at The Queen Elizabeth Theatre Vancouver, BC Can't wait!!! ❤️🥰🤘

They were so close to each other and their chemistry among them was like enduring energy in musical forms that could direct to many directions without us knowing what's gonna be. That's what I love on Zeppelin live shows. They even performed so well in 2007 to show us that they still got the majic and majesty.

They were 4 master musicians who had a tight groove but also soared through improvisation. I don't know what you have/haven't heard of theirs so I would recommend you go through album/track order from the very beginning so you can discover it all. Since Jimmy produced all their albums, you'll really get to hear the results of their vision. If you want live performances, they have a concert in Denmark from 1969 when they were all in their early/almost mid-twenties. There's a concert from Royal Albert Hall in 1970, The Song Remains The Same concert movie from Madison Square Garden (recorded in 1973 but not released until 1976), a concert from Earls Court in 1975, one from Seattle in 1977, and Knebworth in 1979. I love sharing Zep knowledge, so please, feel free to ask and I'm happy to help.

Zep addict incoming!! I can tell the type. I’m only 28, I discovered them 11 years ago after mainly listening to rap and rnb and they changed my whole perception on music. I wondered how I went so many years of my life never to discover them, then found out they are incredibly strict with lending their songs to films, tv show or commercials, like so many other acts do. There is a reason they are the 6th biggest selling act in the history of music, which is surprising as they never publicised their music like all their counterparts did. I’m truly envious, as you’re about to embark on an 80+ song catalog of the greatest sounding, most diverse music catalog in existence. I’ve done all the Beatles. Queen / Stones / Floyd. None of them hit me like Zep. listen to Ten Years Gone & the rain song studio versions next and you’ll truly realise their diversity, & that they could do absolutely anything. Much love from 🇬🇧

Jimmy was the 2nd inspiration to play music as a teen in the 70s the first was my dad he played drums he was mostly did studio work he taught me to play drums when I was 3or4 but Jimmy wasbut after seeing Jimmy play the guitar It chan ged me. From that point I emulated every cord he did. In the 70s we didn't have internet or youtube and sheet music was not easy to find so we buy vinyl albums and play them over and over to we wear a hole through the albums . I also studied tony iommi of black sabbath. Jimmy and tony had completely different styles but it worked for me. But Jimmy was the man. Not long ago I had my astrology chart done out of nowhere the astrologer said wow you have alot of the same aspects in your chart as Jimmy page of led zeppelin. It blew me away. Capricorn with scorpio rising. People would tell me after a gig that I play like Jimmy page.. But I looked like Robert plant
