Bear and Silas are always the rock stars at the park. Taking them out is a necessity when it comes to socializing them. They are already both very strong too at 6 and 7 months. Owning wolf dogs is not for everybody.

Somehow, wolf-dog behavior seems a lot easier to read than dog behavior. They are much more explicit in the signals they send, and yours seem very friendly and playful with other dogs, which is super nice since, to my understanding, they are usually frightened by new things. thanks for the video , watching your wolf dogson a normal walk , their behavior & interactions approaching other dogs is typical of my own wolf dogs movements & behavior . My dog, Sakima is such a good natured boy, he does not express the alpha dog mentality at all when greeting other dogs. He gets excited jumps off the ground & wants to play or at least meet every dog he sees. Sakima is timid rather than aggressive. He was born naturally knowing how to be himself as well as how to behave . For the most part I did very little training other than making me the alpha dog & teaching him to come when called. I did get him fixed (sigh) when he was about 9 months old

Wow it's funny you just said that.... I just watched a video on wolfdog ownership and boy oh boy did the narrator have me ssying "Nothing like running with the big bad wolf narrative" he was so uneducated on what he is trying to educate people on. He used adjectives like destructive, aggressive, dangerous with such a serious yet enthusiastic tone. My wolfdog is only 13% grey wolf and yet she's more wolf like than dog.
