😔😭😭 i went to Auckland for a friend's funeral Jules (......) I'm not giving his full name we have known eachother off and on most of our life's one of his early bands second child played at my 21st 1991 . Shawn another friend taken out by depression 😢 a long fight over ❤😢 it hasn't hit me yet I've had some laughs tears will come

@@ReactionsToTheClassics Shawn depression has taken to many of the people I've loved. It never ends well 😭. You can't be with someone 24/7 and it's the times you're not there they are the most vulnerable, 😞 😥😭

Shawn the City Newton Bombers benefit gig for Simon i sent you on Facebook with Special bands appearing I've got a sneaky feeling culture Stone ...Zen grenade... Anigma(opened for Metallica)and Rumble Fish(opened for Jane's Addiction) will be having a jam all bands Simon and David have played together in they did it for their combined 40th birthdays years ago it would be a send off for all Simon's friends and fans of the music he's given us since 1986 16 years old living in a damp squat with us baby faced punkrockers We thought we were tough 😅😂 . Didn't last long 😂

​​​@@ReactionsToTheClassicsShawn Simon has lived a pretty privileged life wealthy family he's been around the world all over the place multiple times has played in some wicked bands and opened for some of our favourite bands and met them. He's obviously not happy about dieing but he still giving it everything while he can including gigging with one of the band's he's in HEAD LIKE A HOLE. He's lost over half his body weight 45ish kgs and is planning on playing on the 4th of January The City Newton Bombers.Personally i don't think he should be trying to play this gig he should be on a throne watching others playing his music back to him. He's like a skeleton but F... KING STUBBORN.

It's still sinking in my mate isn't going to be here long we've been like brothers since 1985 he was a groomsman at my wedding in 2005😢. his son was our ring bearer

Rust in peace was the tour i saw 💥💥💥🤘. But Metallicas DAMAGED JUSTICE tour 1989 was on another level 💥💥💥 with my mates opening for them ANIGMA. Simon and David from Anigma are The City Newton Bombers. Simon's last gig is in January if he makes it he is only 46 kgs 😢 pancreatic cancer 😢 but has been gigging with his other band Head Like A Hole twice this month he will be knocking on heavens door with his BASS GUITAR HUMMING
