Like honestly, I know he gets a bad rap for some of his performances but he ALWAYS nailed Star-Lord. The freaking way the realization hits all too suddenly, how he can't do anything to stop it, culminating in just a reaction of utter anguish. It's freaking sublime acting and a BIG reason why the scene is such an emotional gut punch to this day.

I hope you’ll make the video of Yondu’s funeral and Raccoon knocking out Gamora to start the spaceship while Drax is screaming ‘Where’s Quill’ and Racoon saying he can’t lose any more of his friends. And maybe Racoon meeting his friends in vision and being happy in TGOG 3 as well.
