Mercilessly killing two of there members is just going to encourage the rest of them to go after David and Ellie even more. He was probably better of letting them live they might have tried to convince the rest of there twon not to go after David and Ellie in exchange for not killing of them.

@@robertkenny1201 yeah I could see that but there were people that didn't want to let Joel and Ellie get away with it even when David was trying to keep Ellie safe , some of the members still wanted Ellie dead regardless of what David said.........I could be wrong on this but I don't think most of the people in that town didn't really enjoy eating people , cause from the show you can see that there were people actually full on digging in to eat compared to some of the other people that were more slow pace eating like they weren't enjoying it

One of the best scenes from both versions and Pedro deserves The Emmy With Belle. Excited for the finale and hope to get Flashbacks Of How Joel Met Tess And The Aftermath Of Left Behind. I think we'll see Abby as a cameo as Joel is in the hospital setting up the future.
