yeah i told them for a few years now that they shouldn't throw out a group just because its not musical enough. they always reply that its only for 'musicality' or something, but its music. everyone's gonna have something they like or dislike. idk why it took so long for them to get to taemin/shinee/etc. but i hope they continue it! like you've said, there's not a song i can say i dislike from shinee. and i haven't seen any of the musical reactors here disliking anything shinee, either.

@@j2kay93 maybe what they're meant to say is some group's songs aren't complicated enough for the reactor to comment on. That's not a bad thing, it's just pop in general, it's written for the majority, so simpler stuff is very common. But, in case of this channel, formulaic or generic song has nothing to react to, and there's more interesting one that's better than generic. If they react to any song, it's not gonna be Classical Musicians React, is it?

SHINee has always been that group that knows how to make weird stuff work. (shout out, up n down, one minute back, a few more) they have the harmony and technique and skill to pull ANYTHING off and make it blend and draw influence from very distinct sounds of music. They started off doing contemporary R&B which in itself is NOT EASY. When you truly think about full package here, you can't deny they are one of the most influential groups out there.
