In the long run, robbing a bank wouldn't be the right thing for you. You would most likely get caught and go to jail or, even if you didn't get caught, it would (I hope) weigh heavily on your conscience at some point down the road. Taking time out from a readathon because you are having anxiety about something that's supposed to be fun was right for Zoe and she shouldn't feel bad about it. It served her well in the moment and won't be damaging in the long run.

I know how crippling and scary a mental disorder can be. I struggle with anxiety and depression bad enough that I have to be medicated so don't feel like you have to keep making videos for anyone. Just focus on your well being. I love you and your videos!

I think it's great that you took a time out for mental health because it felt right for you. Those curly hair struggles are real Zoe. It takes forever and you don't want to use heat. If you get a diffuser attachment it defines your curls and spreads out heat so it's not adding frizz
