Interesting Discussion. There is a HUGE Orthodox group in the West, called Coptic Orthodox Christianity - who are the same Copts from Egypt. They have churches in each state and have monasteries with amazing priests and bishops who would serve as great interviews! Overwhelming history, wisdom, and dogma that is worth understanding as well.

Where did you see orthodoxy in Coptic "church" ? Do they accept that Jesus has two natures and the 4th Ecumenical Council ?
