Ever since I saw you read Magnolia Parks on your Goodreads I’ve been waiting for this!! I’m so glad you loved it, I totally agree I had the same reactions throughout and just felt sick but I had the feeling of wanting to immediately pick it up and reread it again. Cooper is so adorable! My dad and stepmom have a dog like her named Ruby. I miss Ruby now. They live twelve hours away from me, and I spent a week with them a couple months ago. Ruby was like my shadow. I think everyone should have a Ruby or Cooper in their lives! Loved the video!

I just finished magnolia parks today too and oh my! I laughed, felt broken and cried. Never cry at books but this book made me cry on the last line “To Heathrow”. A rollercoaster for sure! Loved the found family and the friendship group as a whole until the end. The BJ / Tom “relationship” made me laugh so much! Scared to start the next book as I can’t deal with more heartache and knowing magnolia has two more books herself is scary 🤣

Book 2 has been such an easy read so far because I feel like we know what’s coming (as it’s the same timeline as book 1 but focusing on Daisy Haites POV) but I know when I finish book 2 today and start books 3&4 after the whole “to Heathrow” ending… it’s going to ruin me !!!! Apparently it only gets better so i can’t wait to see where the story goes but I’m also not mentally prepared for the heartache and emotional turmoil to come 😭❤️

Yay I’m so glad this started your love affair with Abbey Jimenez bc Part of Your World was my first book from her too and I absolutely loved it it’s my favorite romance book ever and it made me read all of her books after and she is my favorite romance author too! I also love Beach Read more than Happy Place I just think Beach Read is her best book. U def need to read People We Meet on Vacation after this it’s such a cute summer romance I love it. And I’m glad u read the Abbey Jimenez books in order you really need to bc then the characters in the later books make so much more sense. Also I didn’t know you hadn’t read Magnolia Parks yet and I’m actually on the last book now I’ve been reading the series for the past week or so now and it’s emotionally damaging me lol. It’s a lot but it’s better that u left it for last. Also if I ever need to have a good time and laugh and not read a romance that will make me cry I always pick up a Lynn Painter book her books are always so much fun and adorable!!

I read Just for the Summer, then Yours Truly, then Part of Your World and I don't think it spoiled anything. There were names I recognized but no major spoilers. I will say if you read Friend Zone and that "series", definitely do those in order because there is a major plot part of the second one that happens in book one.

A love song for Ricki Wilde by Tia Williams, done and done by Leonor soliz, and before I let go or long shot by Kennedy Ryan, get a life Chloe brown by Talia Hibbert, the kiss quotient by Helen hoang, outdrawn by Deanna gray, and the charm offensive by Alison Cochran are the most popular that show I’m on my fyp. Some other good ones are full exposure by thein Kim lam, don’t you dare by ce ricci (not POC but still diverse). Also a queer bipoc fantasy that I liked called the deep by river Solomon and another queer fantasy called deal with the devil by bex deveau 💙💙
