One Tree Hill is by far one of my favorite tv shows! You and I are the exact same when it comes to finishing shows/series. I have so many series that I have one or two books left to read and I just won't do it for some reason! I love the idea of doing a weekend/24 hour readathon once a month to finish those books. I do an impromptu 24 hour readathon every month that started on my Bookstagram, but I'm excited to start vlogging it hopefully in 2019 for my channel! I'm looking forward to seeing the other series vlogs you do!

I read poison study 11 years ago and it is still one of my all time favorite series ever! I reread it all the time, and when Maria V Snyder announced a continuation of the series I legit cried ahha. Valek is on my small list of book boyfriends and I LOVE him so much. I'm so glad you read them and enjoyed them and would love another vlog of reading the next three!

ahh im so excited that you like this series!! i read it earlier this year (as well as the second trilogy, and I'm a bit ways into the third trilogy) and i feel like no one talks about it!! the second series (which is about opal) is definitely more problematic than this one and if you ever get to it i can't wait to hear your thoughts!! the politics in this series are really what i feel drive it, i love the world snyder has created and the commander is one of my favorite characters of all time, i think he's absolutely fascinating and one of the best trans characters I've ever read about (definitely the best in fantasy) especially considering its not thought of as a big deal at all. it was a really surprising aspect to me considering the book was written so long ago and you are absolutely expecting it to be problematic, just like i was when i read it lol. i also headcanon ari and janco as gay and yelena as bi and i just love this series so much, sorry for rambling my dude!! as always, i love all your videos :)

OMG, since I recently read Throne of Glass for the first time, the description you gave for the first chapter of Poison Study kind of reminded me of the first chapter of TOG, haha! I honestly don't know why I haven't picked up the series yet. I think it was one of the very first series recommended to me when I found out about Booktube; I was seeing it around every corner back then. The author definitely follows a formula, I read another trilogy (the Healer trilogy) by her and it has a lot of the same tropes The romance is just as cute too

If you enjoyed Poison Study you should definitely try the Healer series by Snyder. The first one is called Touch of Power. I went on a binge of all of her series a few years ago but that was one of my favourites. If I remember correctly it has a slow burn hate to love relationship too. 😊

I relate with the not finishing a series thing. I read the Inheritance Cycle in the third grade and I LOVED it. It’s been my favorite book/series for a while, but I have never read the fourth book. I have refused to read it for 8 years. 8 years! I’m crazy. My friend even bought me the last book for my birthday a year back to make me read it, but I just wouldn’t. However, the author just announced there’s gonna be a fifth book. That added to the guilt of not using a gift is the reason I’ll be reading it hopefully in 2019.

Right after I bought the first un the glass series, that continues the story oficina Opal, but didnt start it yet. I think i'm gonna un december😋.
