I've been really excited for Near The Bone. Also been desperate to read her Alice is Wonderland retelling..ihht start with her retellings first to make sure I don't get turned off by her storytelling as I have heard excellent things about that Alice in Wonderland one!!!

Did it ever establish her age in Near the Bone? It felt a tad YA to me due to her naivety, so I kept waiting for things to escalate. I would love to see Christina Henry go full on adult horror.

I think she had an age around 21-23 (I cant remember exactly), but i think her situation made her seem younger, but then other times she was too wise? and it felt too disjointed at times.
