YES gimmicky is the perfect word to describe the ending. I feel like I didn’t get enough closure, that every single twist and connection was shoved into two pages and then it was a happy ever after and I was like ????? Not my fave but a fun read! I gave it 3 stars too Don’t get me STARTED on Ben dating that other girl

Ben refereed to Jordyn as his sister or like a sister MULTIPLE times throughout the book so I never saw them getting together, but once again literature has let me down in the sense that all authors seem to believe that two people of the opposite gender cannot have a healthy platonic relationship that can stay a healthy platonic relationship

i thought the same thing about fallon justifying how her father was talking to her at the end! like the ending had such a rapid ending that just happened to end perfectly. still really liked the book though!

I think I liked the experience of reading this book more than the actual book if that makes sense. I liked participating and reading it on November 9th with everyone else but the book was just meh 😅
