You really can talk on a so 'infectious' way (as we say it in Flemish ) about books and tea that I always want to jump into my reading with a cup of tea (although I am more into a Chai soja latte ) due to your enthousiasm and had to LOL about your XL sweater description , you would be also a great 'tea ambassador' as I enjoyed so much your Xmas vlogs ,thanks for sharing , wish you a wonderful week !

I love Persuasion. It is my all time favourite number one book. I really relate to Anne and how she really tried to please the people she loved and found it hard to stand out against disapproval and realises too late that her choices have ruined her own choice for happiness due to youth and inexperience. But now she has a chance to put that all right. She has a very sweet and gentle personality but she learns to fight for what matters and to make choices with courage and integrity. She quietly shines against many of the more flamboyant characters and Wentworth begins to understand her true value in her steadfastness and kindness to others. So many feels in this book. I also love tea.

I love Persuasion‼️ Your aesthetic is just so cosy‼️ The only book I can think of I can think of that’s Valentines Day theme is Heartless, it’s about The Queen of Hearts and it’s set before Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Ps: I finished reading Pet and I won’t say much because of spoilers but it’s a great read on a dystopian world‼️ After that I read All The Better Part of Me; it’s sweet and emotional 🎢‼️ Last but not least i picked up What Would Frida Do; so far it’s smart and funny‼️

Jenny Colgan? Thought that sounded familiar. Indeed, checked my bookshelf and last year I had read her book, "Bookshop around the corner" The cover drew me in initially for puchase, but I agree, what a lovely read that was too. Really enjoyed!

Rhubarb is more of a stem, I would say? And it's not sweet at all, but it is quite acidic like lemon :)

I liked Persuasion I think it’s number 3 on my list but it was a little hard to follow at times cause the names were similar so I had a hard time keeping them straight lol. Woman, just read what you want. I mean we have Christmas in July, and Halloween is pretty much year round now, and all that so why not have a festive Valentines Day? 😂

Distance and time can change perspective,so I would say you will rate Persuasion higher when you're older.No rhubarb tart and custard to go with your tea?😃
