khan academy is actually a website where you can learn different subjects. such as math you can learn from k-8. i have a khan academy account and it is useful. (you don't need an account)

how you assumed that stem is the tenth place or so . What if the leaf unit is 0.01 or 0.1. Can you explain that unit. Specifically, how to read when these units(1,0.1,0.01 etc) are given?

pretty easy, so the the numbers on the right repesent the tens, and the ones on the left are the ones, the ones with zero say, 0-2 it would be just two. But, if it was 2-3 it would be 23, so pretend like the line isnt there for each number
