You only get 15 hours of reading time per month though it’s sadly not unlimited, I got all excited thinking I could listen to a tonne of books and was really disappointed when I realised midway through a book when it told me I’d run out and had to wait a few weeks for it to refresh😢 I find it works out about a book and a half a month on average 😊 xo

Absolutely love the Naturals series! The multiple plot twists in the last book, especially towards the end, had my jaw dropping and even made me cry at one point. I still have to read The Inheritance Games, hopefully soon! And I've had her book The Fixer on my tbr for many years, so hope to get that one soon.

after reading inheritance games first and naturals second the naturals is a lot better of a series in my opinion, like inheritance games is so so so good and you should definitely read it but the characters are so much better in the naturals.

haley- i just finished Meg Shaffer’s debut The Wishing Game and LOVED IT. it’s reminiscent to Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow in a heartbreaking way that makes you cry a lot and believe in love again. i highly recommend you read it! it’s nominated for best fiction and debut on goodreads. much love

I don’t remember which video it was but in one of your more recent videos, you were talking about how you’d like to become a writer and don’t feel ready for it yet, and something to that effect which I think is fascinating because I don’t feel prepared either but I’ve been writing books and stories for over 20 years and most of it came from my experience in English classes, and I have read my share of books, but I want to read many more. I think every writer needs to separate components to be successful at it and that’s reading and writing. Now I have ironically much more experience writing and in English classes than I do with reading books. I’ve read plenty but I feel like I can always read more to pick up more and learn what other people are doing , and it’s like once you have the combination of the two is really what can set you on your path. I’ve learned so much from binge watching book tubers for over two years now and it’s elevated everything that I’ve learned from writing classes to a new dimension because bibliophiles are the people that you generally marketing to as a writer so you can take everything you learn from English classes and apply it but book tubers and readers know what they’re looking for and know what’s missing and what works and they catch things that writers themselves might have missed and I think It’s a whole new dimension of knowledge that really should be utilized more and I have taken so much valuable information and it is something that I treasure deeply. I’ve binge watched booktube videos religiously and it’s given me so much useful information
