I don't know what you have/haven't tried or what the US equivalent would be, but I started using "Ibuprofen Lysine" for my cramps and it helped me so much, it's not life changing or anything but it made things more manageable for me during those first couple of hellish days. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend. I know how debilitating bad cramps can be so I wish you all the luck in the world in finding something that helps 💗

Your period sounds like mine and I have a syndrome that I don’t remember the namn of, horrible pain and everyting you said in this video, but 3 yeas ago I ended up in the ER becouse of it, I even passed out in the car when my husband drove me to there, and the doctor said we must take controll of your period and she put me in birth controll pills and my life has change. In 3 years I have not been in pain or anything else. I hope you see this and maybe it will help you the way it helped me.

My period cramps are so bad to where I think I need to go to the hospital. I have to shut down a whole day or two. Not go anywhere or even plan anything for home. It’s like I’m focusing on getting through it. 🤣Plus, chronic illness.

Same! It has gotten better in recent years to not feeling like I need hospital but this was the first month since I started that I was able to leave the house! I always felt bad because so many people are able to function but there are actually so many that can't but that's not "socially acceptable" to talk about ugh! random question, but I have been making efforts to swap reading with doom scrolling/internet surfing and I have made recent efforts to spend less time on social media by deleting social networking apps off of my phone. Although we are only seeing a snippet of your life, I am curious to know what role social media plays in your life? How often do you use it compared to reading? I love your vlogs ♡´･ᴗ･`♡

I don't think of myself as much of a doom scroller - if I'm doing that on tiktok though, I've usually allotted time to it in that it's like 7pm and I know I don't have anything else to do for the night so I'll watch till I go to sleep. And then I really only use Instagram and KZbin. But to the Q of reading in place of the internet - I don't usually read if id rather be doing something else so for me it's keeping up the desire or motivation to read. So I'm not really actively trying to read instead of being on my phone because the way my brain works is if I try to force myself to read I will resist it
