try high dose omega 3 fish oil, over 4 grams of epa/dha (don't count the fish oil but the epa/dha content!) highly antiinflammatory for the brain and provides amazing change, uplifting mood. high dose* is actually still normal. go as high until you finally start feeling it. good bye depresson

@@nonenone2669 Yellow background and black text, go for that, its the best setup that you can have for reading Ebooks, i agree that Paperbacks have a different vibe, but Ebooks aren't that bad either, its like i have 300+ books at my disposal and i can start reading anything anytime, while with paperbacks i don't think you can carry around 300 books on you all the time.

Reading books made me a positive person. I hv recovered from many wounds in my heart by reading. It helped me to forgive people, it made me understand that nothing is personal, so many pain I had gone through in the past haunt me till now, but it is less painful now that's because of reading. The thought of me not being a reader scares me.

Because of reading,I could be able to write some content, could be able to summarize the data in once. What some of the things are not Okay in society are in reality Ok as per the experience of the authors, this is what I learnt from psychology of money in the areas of investment. Another aspect is when I felt clueless in my Life, I started reading Man's search for meaning by Victor E Frankl, learnt that one should find the meaning in the life for their existence, got some clarity about life.Smell of War by Roland Bartetzko is about his experience in War zone as a soldier taught me that life is like a battle.Started reading Almanack of Naval Ravikant to know much more things about world and money earning.
