Ready-to-drink cocktails, beer cases can now be sold in Ontario grocery stores

Starting Thursday, ready-to-drink cocktails and large cases of beer are available for purchase at hundreds of previously licensed grocers. The move comes after the LCBO workers' union - representing some 9,000 striking Ontario liquor store employees - returned to the bargaining table.
