Yes. A lot of Developers are not giving Dry Area, Wet Area and Store Room Just because they want to match price demand and provide maximum carpet area. Just think if a 600 sq.ft carpet area flat is given with dry area enclosed and balcony as well, the actual carpet would come down to approx. 540 at least. Still there are some good developers offering balconies and dry area but at a cost. So, when you go out in the market as Property buyer you see all type of properties available from which you can select and buy the one matching your requirement.
