A country house with a plot of land and terrace is available in Spain for as little as €50,000. At least that's what the site Idealista claims, and I wanted to get to the bottom of it. Häuser in dieser Größenordnung hab ich schon zu Hunderten entdeckt. Ohne Hausnr. schreckt mich zunächst ab.

Ohne Hausnummer findet man bei (fast) allen Landhäusern, die nicht in einem Wohngebiet liegen. Das ist kein Grund sich abschrecken zu lassen 😊

Danke 😀. Ja, genau, dass das Haus in einer Gegend liegt, wo die Gemeinde keine Hausnummern vergeben hat. Meistens musst du dir ein Postfach in der nächstgelegenen Potsfiliale einrichten.

üblicherweise gibts dort auf dem Campo keine Hausnummern, wird über Schließfach in Poststelle geregelt. Viel mehr sollte aber die Frage gestellt werden, ob Strom/Internet vorhanden ist und wie die Wasserversorgung geregelt ist. Gilt insbesondere für Immobilien, die auf dem campo ein paar km von einem Dorf entfernt liegen. Dort gibt es oft sogenannte "Wasserrechte" bzw Anteile davon, das kann u.U. eine recht teure Sache werden...

Im Hinterland gibt es genug solche billigen Häuser. Für Künstler ist das bestimmt ideal.

Ja, genau, je weiter weg von der Küste desto günstiger sind die Häuser oftmals.

50,000 euro in the middle of nowhere, not ideal for couples which are expecting to have a baby, little children also, any sickness, bo bo,. And if one day, you decide to sell it , 50,000 euro you will not get. In provinces, they sell hectares of land for nearly nothing compared by m2

@@immokaufspanien not that reclusion, I can manage in a village with 25 habitants, not in the woods, I saw I lot of video on KZbin about people restauring ruins in the middle of nowhere, and a lots vlog real estate which whom are not real estate agent, nor are willing to buy anything in portugal, apart only they recommend others. Another video the are selling about 400 acres of land, 400 acres of land means a village, I really think its an exodus from rural place.
