I can relate. When I had my first child I was scared if I had another one I would not love my first born as much as I used to because I’d be crazy in love with the second one, or that I wouldn’t love the second one as much as I loved my first born because there was no possible way I could love another human being the way I loved him. I think all moms go through this or something similar. I have three grown kids now and in my experience, it works out and it’s worth it. You love them all so insanely much, and you love each of them in their own unique way. I think one of the best gifts I could have possibly given my children is their siblings, when I’m no longer here and their dad is no longer here, they’ll forever have each other. Think of the relationship you have with your sisters and the incredible bond you have. ❤

Can relate to so many things in this video! My brother is the youngest and, after raising 3 girls in a strict/conservative way, it’s almost like my parents gave up by the time he came around. I so appreciate you choosing to discipline your daughter using love and compassion and not fear tactics. I’m doing the same with my teen. I’m Pakistani (born and raised in America), and I’m only realizing at 42 that my mother has left deep emotional scars. Oh, and totally agree with discussing things in a calm manner once you’ve cooled down and can think clearly!

I'm definitely a Leena when I'm angry I shut down and I can't speak about it yet but I think it's better because I really don't want to be speaking out of anger and hurting my husband in the process. I always keep in mind that an argument isn't about who's right or wrong but how we can both come to an agreement and solve the problem we have. I love the bond you two have and appreciate the honesty!! Love how you both touched on working from home. There are advantages of working from home but also comes with lots of struggles as well. It’s hard to set those boundaries and I think it will just be one of those things that will be learned within time. Leena you def don't need lip fillers! Lip fillers are going out of trend anyway now and you already have naturally full lips. Especially with lip liner, it looks great! And with lip filler it won't look the same with lip liner. I've always been very pro-lip filler but I realised it's because of how normalised it became in the media because it became trendy. I never got the fillers done thank god, but now that I am seeing so many people in the media dissolving their filler, I have really started to see how much better it can look and it has made me appreciate my natural lips! About the taking time to cool off after a fight for sure that’s no problem as long as the person eventually talks about it but I think when it crosses the boundary & goes into “silent treatment” that’s abuse. Learning to set a time to talk if you/other need space is key.

Laura- faith does include clothing because hijab is obeying a commandment of Allah swt. We need to be careful with our words. To say “faith is not in clothing” is misleading. Of course it’s not exclusive to clothing but wearing it is a part of faith.
