I ordered Bando USA belt from walmart, and on belt it was written Made in Indonesia, do you think this is original , do Bando have manufacturing facility in Indonesia?

As long you buy from a well known sites, the belt you purchased should be fine.

This so called fake belt will run for 8000 km and you have to replace it after... Original Bando belt you will still replace at 8000 km unless you want to get stuck in the middle of the road.... Price wise it is $10 VS $23... The stitching you are talking about is a nylon cord cut on angle and rubber dried up is some fibers which help to keep your belt longer.... I have serviced THOUSANDS of scooters and have seen it all....
